Upon unboxing, I was immediately upset at how the rails were very noticeably bent. But I kept going, all tools needed to assemble were included ruclips.net/user/postUgkxqtX4Dxs6aecAZEuz6GY5-d81YecKCshn and I had it set up in about 30 minutes. Honestly I love this thing, make sure to read the measurements and measure your space so you know if it'll work for you. I bought this to put inside my closet, underneath where I hang my clothes and it is absolutely perfect! It is VERY sturdy and all drawers glide easily and mine are stuffed, and they are still flush when closed.
Honestly this is such a good diy, it looks straight from anthropologie, I'm in love, definitely wanna do something similar

The wallpaper is called anaglypta. It was considered a poor man’s lincrusta, which is GORGEOUS.

In the UK in Victorian times , anaglypta wallpaper was a staple in upper middle class homes 😁
Spot on, and you clearly know your stuff! I used to live in a Victorian terraced house here in the UK, and I had lincrusta panels all through the hall and up the staircase and along the landing, dating from the late 1800s. I'm obsessed with the outcome of the dresser!! That exact hue of green is actually my favourite colour, I usually call it pistacchio or salvia to have some reference. Anyway, love the project and the aesthetic of the piece!

If anything is missing, it's some clear Verathane over top to help keep it clean. Just sayin... Luuvv it!

I'm obsessed! Glad to have a tutorial for this. My boyfriend doesnt like the raw wood look at ikea and I try to convince him we can "make it our own" but he just can't visualize it looking nice at the end. Using this as an example to get some new decor for our place 🙃

Once again it’s stunning! So beautiful and perfectly executed. I’m in the UK and the Prime Minister is being a bit slow closing everything down however due to the drugs I’m on I have been told by my specialist to stay home.... for 12 weeks 😱 (as I have a weakened immune system). As I’m a medical secretary and work in a hospital, it’s not very easy but we are trying to set up remote access. Fingers crossed! Keep smiling and keep safe everyone 👍🏼

The green you love is a dominant accent in my home. Love it! This is one of my favorite DIYs that you've done. This sort of paper was very popular in the UK. It may still be popular. It hides bad plastering jobs.

Love this, I've seen similar where they've used thin wood to make the pattern but using textured wall paper is so clever and much easier.

I have a few questions if you're bored XD Love the video :)
1. How do you choose your color palette for these DIYs - do you tone it to the surroundings, pick a favorite color or go off trending colors?
2. Do you end up with a lot of left over paint from projects & if so, how do you end up using it? Does that play a big part in smaller DIYs' color palette as well?
3. With the larger projects, do you usually just switch out pieces of furniture regularly or do you ever gift furniture to family & friends? Have you ever sold anything you've made that you may not have had room for? Purely out of curiosity. I love the furniture re-dos but I have no room for furniture & wonder how you do it with an apartment.

This wall paper brings me back to my childhood as my parents had this wall paper! I'm sure they had this for a good 20 years before redecorating the house! It's nice to see it again!

The only thing that would make this better is if you drilled the holes for the pulls a little bigger so that little foot goes into the wood and the handle is more flush to the front.
Yes that foot has to go way in. But the dresses looks fan-freakin-tastic.

Yes, the handles were not properly installed. Otherwise, a great piece. My OCD would have to fix the handles though.

Andrea Samuels it looks like the legs are built in but it wouldn’t be hard to saw them off, sand and then just screw in some different ones in the same area

When i was 16, i made my whole wardrobe wall covered in a wood print wallpaper, the texture made it look soo cool. I just got it down a few days ago and even after a decade it looked flawless. I love to see the crafty videos & your channel tops the chart for me cause not only everything turns out so classy looking but has so much personality & uniqueness to it.
