The Jack Frost guy is Luciano Gonzalez from Argentina. He plays on the HSBC 7s circuit, which I think you guys may like. Its a shortened and quicker paced tournament version of rugby union played with 7 a side, the tournaments happen over a weekend and they travel all over the world. The 2024-25 season actually starts on Nov. 30 in Dubai with Argentina being the defending series champions on the men's side and the New Zealand Black Ferns on the women's side.

I played rugby at school and university. The next day it feels like you were run over by a bus. We also used metal studs back then. When you take off your jersey for a shower, your back looks like you got whipped with a flagellum. The opposition forwards just step on your back, using their full weight as the metal studs takes your skin off. You don't feel that when you are playing due to adrenaline, but when the water from the shower hits your back, it feels like you are taking a lava shower. Fun times.
You two should be happy that South Africa rugby team represent not just RSA but the whole Africa including Somali and Somaliland so be proud of being Africans.

Your country should get into Rugby League & Rugby Union....the brothers are built for these sports
