Hi! Kiwi here, saw your vid and just wanted to drop a fun fact. Rugby is the way our country teaches children to have edge, teamwork and pride in your abilities. Since Rugby started, the All Blacks have the greatest winning percentage across any sport. They were the benchmark for such a long time and as a Kiwi, I'd have to say South Africa are currently the benchmark
I played touch rugby at junior school until the last year when we began tackling. When I went to senior school (age 11) we started by practicing for a month or so, and then started playing matches against other school sides. As I got older and went through school the competition became greater until in the sixth form we played against some of the top rugby schools in the country. In those days the top results were published in The Daily Telegraph (a national newspaper) every week. Only a broken nose, broken collarbone, dislocated fingers, cuts, concussion and cauliflower ears, so I was very lucky! What a great time, I’d go back in an instant. How sad if this type of experience has been lost for American youth.
lol wait till he finds out what Bullrush is hahahaha i was in the 1st 15 in highschool at the age of 13 playing prop and lock we use to even play tackle rugby on concrete if the field was full 😂

The Haka is a " Challenge " to the other team. Basically a War Dance that was performed by Maori warriors before battle. . Oh and the All Blacks are the most successful profession sports team ever... in all sports. Us Kiwis start playing rugby as young as 4 or 5, and because New Zealand has the largest Polynesian city in the world we also get some amazing Samoan, Tongan and Fijian players.
Bugger the UK Strac, Come visit us in New Zealand & see our rugby for yourself :) The All Blacks are pretty epic, especially when you consider how small our country is to begin with.
The New Zealand All Blacks are arguably one of the most successful rugby teams of all time, but they are not the current best! Their main and oldest rivals, the South African Springboks, are considered the best team in the world at the moment, having won the last two consecutive Rugby World Cups (2019 and 2023) and who are currently ranked 1 in the world (Ireland being second and the New Zealanders being third) Keep up the content, looking forward to more!
@@StracReactsLooking forward to it! The all blacks and the springboks are the biggest rivals in the sport, and as a South African, it’s always a fun time to watch them play one another.
@TheMedicalDemon a brilliant rivalry over many decades. South Africa are top dog at the moment, but can't rest on their laurels as the rest of the world are striving to catch them. Until then, it's great watching them dominate.
The Springboks are the most feared rugby team in the world not the All Blacks, the Springboks are hardest toughest and most physical side in the world! In this clip NZ show all there old footage, no new footage!! NZ can do nothing against the Springboks and they know it, the Boks gave currently beaten the All Blacks 4 times in a row now and beat them in the World Cup final last year!
If it weren't for the Springboks picking their socks up after Rassie became coach the ABs would've won the last RWC23. ABs are on the mend now under Razor.
The USA is in the top three of clubs. Now sure where you live but there might be one near to your home. Rugby tours can be 'infamous'. Watch the Mayor of Boulder, Colorado explain how the city became Rugby Town, USA.
@citizenkane0014 Amazingly the USA has 2588 Rugby Clubs with England having the next number. On the other hand, South Africa has 80,000, but more players than the USA.
@citizenkane0014 As I wrote USA has 2588 Rugby Clubs, making them have the highest number of clubs, accordibg to Wikipedia. Not sure why. England has 1809, France, 17978, South Africa 1526, Japan 1522.
@@philipebbrell2793 I do believe you have confused yourself, top three clubs signifies 3 individual clubs not the highest number of clubs in a country, typical USA tunnel vision on display. Just like the World Series where no one else in the world paticipates. Of course countires with a larger population could tend to have more clubs, perhaps you should extrapolate your data to a per capita percentage of the population.

@@Jordan-mq4wj I agree, every team goes through ups and downs. But, which other national side has fielded 51 players this year while losing only 2 of their international tests? If you like the All Blacks scoring tries, should watch USA play us in Washington 2021. All Blacks v USA Eagles (1874 Cup)
The Haka is a " Challenge " to the other team. Basically a War Dance that was performed by Maori warriors before battle. .
Oh and the All Blacks are the most successful profession sports team ever... in all sports.
Us Kiwis start playing rugby as young as 4 or 5, and because New Zealand has the largest Polynesian city in the world we also get some amazing Samoan, Tongan and Fijian players.
would suggest you also check out the rugby 7s
Bugger the UK Strac, Come visit us in New Zealand & see our rugby for yourself :) The All Blacks are pretty epic, especially when you consider how small our country is to begin with.
Rightttttt
The New Zealand All Blacks are arguably one of the most successful rugby teams of all time, but they are not the current best!
Their main and oldest rivals, the South African Springboks, are considered the best team in the world at the moment, having won the last two consecutive Rugby World Cups (2019 and 2023) and who are currently ranked 1 in the world (Ireland being second and the New Zealanders being third)
Keep up the content, looking forward to more!
Thank you my friend🤝 I actually will be dropping a Springboks reaction tomorrow‼️😃 I hope you enjoy it. Thank you for tuning in😃🤞🏾
@@StracReactsLooking forward to it!
Not arguably. They're are the most winning team in rugby history. And have a population less than 10 percent of south Africa.
A few years ago the All Blacks were the most feared team. Today it is the Springboks,
If it weren't for the Springboks picking their socks up after Rassie became coach the ABs would've won the last RWC23.
ABs are on the mend now under Razor.
And if you kiwi's weren't so pissy! The Springboks would have won in 1987 and 1991. Giving us 6 RWC trophies.
You need to check out "Rene Ranger beast mode" and do a review he is absolutely mental that man.
Women play this too!❤❤
You need to have a look at south africa team. They are the most physically and are huge. They won the world cup twice in a row
new zealand has beat south africa 20 more times then south africa have beat nz 😂 new zealand is the best team in history get over it
The USA is in the top three of clubs. Now sure where you live but there might be one near to your home. Rugby tours can be 'infamous'.
Watch the Mayor of Boulder, Colorado explain how the city became Rugby Town, USA.
top three clubs? In what fantasy world?
@citizenkane0014 Amazingly the USA has 2588 Rugby Clubs with England having the next number. On the other hand, South Africa has 80,000, but more players than the USA.
@@philipebbrell2793 name the top three rugby clubs world wide
USA gridiron is girls football
New Zealand 57 - South Africa 0 must see game
When we play this at school you have year 11 smoking year 6
One thing I noticed... Where are the helmets and pads 😲
No helmets no pads.... its how we roll ....
These are my people. This is NFL on steroids. We olay this as 4 year olds. So at 11.09 they stopped the game because the guy in yellow didnt have the ball when he got tackled
Made you an All Blacks fan yet? There's a reason they have won the rugby world cup more than any other country. You should check out our woman's team.
you would have to include the girls to make that statement as we all know the bok have won their 4th RWC while the abs are still on 3
G'day mate. Plenty of kiwis and samoans around where i live. These 2 nations have a running battle of who is strongest.
Picture the toughest samoan u can imagine and there is a kiwi to match him in size and strength.
The Tongans have a word to say in the dispute too.
I'm a little white man. I feel intimidated at the supermarket all the time by some giant pacific islander
No need to feel intiminated by ANYONE my friend! Remember size means nothing, it's the heart that matters. Stay Safe mate!
@@StracReacts I've found the big Islanders and other big men tend to be very kind. Maybe I've been lucky with my friends.
Go the mighty All Blacks. And remember Americans, Our lads don't use padding so they don't get boo boos haha. But hell should see some of the highschool games are just as hard out.
We Aussie’s run straight through them lol
hey mate we in Australia had Wallie Lewis, They called him king Wallie, in 1 game he tucked the ball under his left arm, knocked down 3 with his right and scored a tryed
Different sport
@@magillanz hey mate wally lewis captained australia about 8 years growing up ive seen many matches against the all blacks
@ChrisCasey-vr4wy Wally Lewis great rugby league player. Australia long been the best in the World at Rugby League. A different sport to Rugby Union played by the All Blacks
@@magillanz in league they call them all blacks too
Hey strac, not sure if you've done much music but there is a British female rap artist who is top notch and doesn't get anywhere near as much love as she should, check out little simz, venom, dead body, gorilla you won't regret it intact she will be in your play list 👍
Hey Richard, I will absolutely check her out‼️😃
@StracReacts good man, I've seen a few reactors comparing her to Lauren hill, missy, she's been called feminem,, compared to Kendrick other reactors pissed off coz she's not mainstream you'll like her I'm sure 👍
@richardstuart3882 what?
@@ianarnett talking to strac about a female rap artist little simz
We played this from 5 yrs old lol. You wanna watch Caleb Clarke if you wanna see some smoke
If ya wanna see an old school crusher look up Jonah lomu
No pads, no helmets, mate!😊
Recently there was a shout to ban this as it was claimed it gives those doing the Hakka an unfair advantage , I guess it buzzes them up even more adrenaline? . Most southern hemisphere island nations do this Hakka before games , Samoa being another one , they are not currently the best either , that’s South Africa ❤️🏴
haka
Thank you for your support of our All Blacks brother, someone made a mention here about you need to get this haka in full-modus-operandi my bro because without the haka ... no All Black Game would play out as they have played out ok bro; I hope you go there, and learn a teeny bit of what haka is all about {Challenge at the highest levels} off Wikipedia even. You may then understand the heartthrob of real Kiwis and also why many countries around the world have for-ever tried hard to have the NZ Mäori Haka >>> Banned from being performed at all (!) A bit harsh don't you think folks? Hmmm well, long story short brothers & sisters, Our Haka is our salt & pepper to life itself - Tihei Mauri Ora whanau - Love and Respect from NZ ; >)
Remember when South Africa had to poison half the NZ team to win the world cup in '95?
Pepperidge farm remembers..
brother this is epic
Yes you're right about too much :saftey" issues, but most New Zealand schools have grass playing fields. Would this make a difference?
Watch South Africa’s Springboks… New Zealand’s All Blacks greatest a rivalry
Manchester Darts,Snooker,.motorsport golf,tennis,soccer,cricket., Rugby football..your welcome
And rounders
Thank you my friend! YOU'RE AMAZING! :)
Yachting, Equestrian, rowing.
America- Stiff arm. Rugby- Fend
Centre of gravity, go low and hard.
The technique is to be bigger/stronger/faster than the guy comin at you 😂
And yea, we still playing... 2x40min halves and although the game has slowed a lot in recent years 😒
We dont have stoppages like your NFL games
I think you need to watch how the All Black open every game. With a Maori Haka - a war dance. Google All Blacks Haka. Then you'll see fierce - and you'll also understand the tongues sticking out.
Whatever. Ther might've been. Now it is the Springboks.
Not for long
@@Jordan-mq4wj I agree, every team goes through ups and downs.
But, which other national side has fielded 51 players this year while losing only 2 of their international tests?
The springboks can probably have two national sides enter into the ring at this stage and both will seemingly be at the top.
But whom do you think is the next team to be at the top?
if you are interested in watching the greatest rugby player of all time you have to watch "Jonah Lomu" the GOAT
I love being a kiwi NEW ZEALAND RULES
Try to watch your nfl to slow am a girl we play rugby at school i love the game from New Zealand
Rugby; a bit like American Football but played by MEN....... I played for our school team, so exciting and all done in our own skin!
The headline statement has not been true for many years. THe SA team is clearly the current most feared and with the deepest pool of quality. Only a blind NZ fan would claim otherwise..
I knew there would be a SA hater in the comments 😂
Need to see Jonah Lomu a must watch
