Welcome to 9772 Iron Horse Rd, in Woodbury, MN in the beautiful Highcroft neighborhood…, and me… I’m Darin Bjerknes with Minnesōtan brokered by eXp.
Alright, let’s go take a look at this beauty.
As we pass through the covered front porch and into the spacious foyer we have a flex room that could be used as an office and across the hall is the formal dining area.
Next is the powder room, large mud room, and access to the heated oversized 3-car garage.

Next is the light-filled informal dining area and the great room that features a gas fireplace, built-ins, and a wood beam mantle. Another thing I’d like to point out is all of the arched doorways that are a beautiful touch and attention to detail.
Moving down the hallway and we’ve got the main floor executive office that features custom wainscoting detail and views of the backyard. Across the hall, we have a 3/4 bathroom a large walk-in closet, and a sneak peek at the indoor sport court. More on that later so stick around…
Alright, time to head upstairs… at the top of the landing we’ll turn to the left and we have the spacious princess suite featuring an ensuite 3/4 bathroom. One thing you’ll notice is that all of the bedrooms are very spacious. The large room sizes are sometimes hard to find in other new construction homes. Just around the corner, we have the 2nd-floor laundry room with a front load washer and dryer and the handy laundry tub basin.

Finishing off the 2nd level is the owner’s suite that features a box vault ceiling, beautiful backyard views, a huge walk-in closet with custom built-ins, and a large ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower.
Now on to the lower level & the sport court!
As we make our way to the lower level we’ve got a very open space here and in this area, one could add a 5th bedroom if you needed or it’s a great place for a pool table or ping pong table. Behind this door is a huge storage area and the utility room. As we pass the family room area we have your home gym & workout area. Across the hall is a conveniently located 3/4 bathroom where you can rinse off after a hard workout. And now… is the indoor sport court…I mean who doesn’t love this especially if you live in Minnesota. You can play all winter long.
To finish off this amazing house we have to check out the backyard and I have a feeling you’re going to like it. Let’s go…
As we make our way on the deck we have beautiful pond views, a paved trail, a fully fenced yard, and stunning backyard lighting. Making it down the stairs and we have a patio area that leads to a gorgeous entertaining space that features a bar with granite counters, a custom grilling area, no maintenance pergola, and a show stopper of an outdoor fireplace. Can you imagine entertaining in this space??

Neighbor is to close
In many of these newer neighborhoods, the lot sizes are on the smaller side.
The positive side to it is a wonderful community of people to meet and neighborhood events. We do have other neighborhoods in Woodbury that are a bit larger if you prefer that. Thanks for watching!
