$6M home, yet the butler pantry, where they bring the dinner into the formal dinning room from, so to have it tucked away with no entrance to the actual dinning room is a no, no for me.
Owner's suite, $6M, detail should be on point and it isn't. You do not offer a walk through shower, only one entrance on the far side of the bathroom, with 1 shower head, no rain shower head and no water jets....$6M? Haven't seen the value yet for the listing price. The owner's suite only allows you 1 way in and 1 way out, not good for safety.
The indoor basketball court is nice, but limits your market of potential buyer because not all kids play basketball or interested in climbing rockwalls.
Laundry ONLY on the 4th floor. $6M they could have placed another one on the main floor where the owner's suite and other bedroom is.
litterly te houses cost 2 million have 6 bedrooms and pool have furniture in all bedrooms but the 5 bedrooms are emty

I saw this home but the person that did that video tour didn't show the indoor court or the pool... Now that I see it and it seem like a deep pool, unlike in water restriction Nevada, I may take this one over the 6M one in Nevada; which, only had 4 bedrooms and it was a bit odd layout and no elevator so how am I or my mom will get upstairs...LOL.
