Problems remaining? UPDATED TUTORIAL HERE: ruclips.net/video/q6jdXrdYUsg/видео.html (many more tips)
no it did not solve my problem
would have donated if the video wasnt so long
Your video did help me, thank you. Due to the cracking sound I was not able to play my game without any lagging problems. After updating Realtek as said in the video, I opened up my game and there was no lag. Thank you again, I liked and subscribed.
du är svensk eller hur
you the boom, this worked. Strange but it works......South Africa
The video actually starts at 3:30, and ends at 7:55
then it goes to advertisement
LeopardX if you’re headphones are loose in the audio jack I believe you can take it to a technician or someone to get it fixed.
thank you sm, dude
The real mvp
thank you
aaargh get to the point already
lol its because he wants to make a ten minute video
@@ezkaiz9691 He's the mechanic Pewdiepie lol
if this had been written as **TEXT** I could have had it fixed and rebooted well before he was done talking.
Well i guess he just wanted to make it for everyone, also for people who dont have many experience on a PC or just got one.
I had to watch it while my playback was lagging, stuttering, and crackling.
You took so long to get to the goddamn point that I lost the will to live. Keep in mind, that we can literally see from the title of the video wtf you are fixing. There is no need for a 3 minute explanation of what you are doing
and if someone of the audience is blind?
@@penitoify23 Then they should be on Audible, not RUclips. xD
yea i just change the speed
THANK YOU! Spent days trying to get the sound sorted out and this is the one and only thing that has worked. Came back here just to say thank you and confirm to anyone else that hasn't tried this to make sure they do.
man he really wanted that 10 minute mark lmao
I know right, he goes onto a 3 minute rant of the problems he's having... we came for a tutorial, not his life problems, right?
Right, so he like....
Makes it longer by uh
Doing pauses, that are like
Pretty long, uuhh
hmmm
right?
so i qas just on social media... and audio cracks and sparkesl! remmeber to subscribe and ring bell!!
lmfao
@@kiddhkane yep.-.
I recommend watching this video in 1.5x Speed.
Yea I did It !!!!
Thanks lol, made this experience 50% more bearable xD
I recommend watching this video in 2x speed
2x was best
yea xD
Just go to control panel --> hardware and sounds ---> Hd Audio Manger ---> Microphone section then disable all the microphone effects
Thanks I'll give it a shot
you are god
wheres Hd Audio Manger i dont see it?
@@vspxxn6190 i dont see it either
@@vspxxn6190 I can't find it either
Thank you!!! I have been trying to get rid of those crackle and pops for 3 months. The generic drivers did the trick.
Thank you so much!! This completely fixed my audio lag, mouse and system lag and even keyboard lag that caused all keystrokes to repeat up to dozens of times after I pressed them. I had no idea that something as simple as conflicting drivers could cause such a huge issue, but switching back to the default Windows sound driver fixed all of my problems and gave me my computer back. Thank you so much!!
Glad you got your computer back!!
Despite the rather lengthy introduction this ACTUALLY WORKED! Thank you very very much!
I want to tell you this video worked for me. I'm so elated. I've been managing this white noise for about 8 months or there about till I discovered my speakers werent bad. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for this video. It was crackling everytime I heard sound out of the Speaker and Headphones. Now it works.
This absolutely worked. Thank you for all the diligent time and effort you put into finding a resolution for this issue.
thank you, i've been trying to find a fix for this, but no luck until i saw your video, well done, you earned a sub
Every time someone has this issue, I come straight back to this video for a reminder. Thanks GMODISM, you're a legend!
Hi Gmodism. Unfortunately the fix was temporary. If you have any other solutions for me please email me at mitch.thane08@gmail.com. thank you so much!
As did I -- so glad I found it a second time (now LIKED so I will always have it handy).
If we are having crackling problems DONT PUT THAT INTRO
my ears
Dude, dude, dude, DUDE! THANK YOU SO MUCH! This has changed my life . You're the best. I have looked into so many different videos for so long and NONE of them worked not one time. Thank you! Seriously.
Im glad I could help you like that! :)
Mine still has crackling, I don't know where I went wrong
@@kirishimafan4170 Same.
i wish you would have demonstrated the exact sound so that I can be sure we're dealing with the same problem.
same
Yup
Mine was kinda buzzzing and this did work for me
“Click device manager and you should use device manager because its with the device manager will fix the problem and uhhhhhhh”
Great, This absolutely worked. Thank you for all the diligent time and effort you put into finding a resolution for this issue.
;)
Worked great for me! Thanks so much, it was driving me crazy.
Thanks. This "workaround" seems to work. Not the most elegant solution but whatever.
Also, too much blabla in this video. This could have been explained in 1 minute.
It's because RUclips ranks now by time watched, so creators have an incentive to make their videos excessively long - it's really annoying for quick tutorials.
true lol.. but you must admit it helped :)
Exactly, this could be explained in one minute unnecessary straching the video. Thanks
@@santoshmaharana3622 Yes but the video needs to be long because it a video and RUclips stats and growth based on the time. the more time the more watch time you get the more money you get.
This is glorious, I've been looking for "how to fix a mild stutter" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Rincaas Stammify Blocker - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my partner got great success with it.
Me: Searches for sound help
Him: "And duh uh...this is how to stretch a video"
My microphone problem is been fixed now thanks to you!!!! I really appreciate your help making this video :)
thank you so much dude! i just bought my razer kraken x headset and i kept hearing a crackling sound from the left and after doing ur tutorial it fixed it:)
I was worried at first because I had the nvidia high definition audio instead of the Realtek and it still worked THANK YOU 1 sun has been earned
Same I have a Msi gs65 laptop and the audio device was different
I have those exact speakers
You really pumped me up xD
Thanks! This worked for me had been happening ever since I updated my audio drivers. Not much else to say mostly commenting because I know engagement helps out the channel and this worked so I thought you deserved whatever help that provides.
Thank you ! This actually works ! I still had a little static, but then I selected noise removal (for a voice over on my videos) and it’s now crystal clear !
how to select noise removal?
how?
Holy crap. Thank you so much. That static noise that happens every now and then was very annoying. Thank you dude. A+ for you 🥰
Glad to help
Awewsome video. I was trying to get my PC up and running for a stream and suddenly IDK how but the crackling started. Love this video. you are awesome
Much Much Thanks. Got a new headset and was working great, until 2 or 3 days later. Thanks to u it's now working without that crappy static.
I can not thank you enough for this video. I've spent hours online trying to fix this issue but could never fully solve it. Then I decide to just look on RUclips and BAM. A working fix. Thanks! I was seriously contemplating sending this brand new laptop back
Glad I could help you out mate!
Wow, you just healed this rage inside that was tumoring inside since a year. I literally stopped using my laptop and one point because this problem was so irritating. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much! After finally solving a recurring BSOD problem, all my streaming audio started having this problem. I googled the problem, of course, and clicked on several links before I found a working answer. Funny, the sound was no problem with the video player I use to watch video files, only online streaming. Anyway, I applied this solution and my streaming problem is solved.
This totally fixed it! Thank you so much!!
This is great!!! I'm not sure it worked 100%, but it is definitely better! It actually now sounds more amplified, but better than the static. Thank you so much!
Try the updated tutorial on my channel for better results! 😉
You are a lifesaver!!! Thanks a lot!!
deshoooo!? really thanks to this dude
OMG, it's fixed! you have no idea how many "fixes" I tried and this is the only thing that actually works. thank you! that crackling drive me crazy for months
You're welcome!!
besides the obsious stalling this really helped me, when nothing else worked. thank you so much!
thanks, sound problem solved, i just disabled the hd audio driver because it was easier but i will test the other solution as well.[edit] i checked also the standard driver and it works but disabling hd drivers + adding a cheap usb card works better[/edit]
I had to come back and say....THANK YOU! IT WORKED FOR ME! PERFECTLY! Simple and Easy instructions to follow!
thank you so much and keep doing videos on how to fix other problems!!
Greetings, Gmodism! Thank you for the tutorial, it appears that my problem is solved. I have a dell l502 XPS computer, and the sound is now restored! Thanks again and take care!
Can't wait to watch all of his videos, a great way to practice patience. Btw, it works so far for me. Thank you
THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I mean the video was way longer than it needed to be, but it worked, and I can see why you took so long to explain stuff, just trying to help newer people that have no idea about this stuff
Yes I try to keep things very basic so everyone gets it, and glad it worked for you!
yep thats why i love him
Worked great! Thanks for posting this!
Fixed!!! Thank you so much for the info... explained it well too! Finally fixed
second time I've had to do this xd thank you
This advice reduced the amount of background noise I was experiencing, did not eliminate it totally, but thank you all the same. It did help.
Glad I could help!
Your a godsend. This fixed my distorted popping sound on windows 10. I had to replace the NVIDIA hdmi driver to the one you said, no problems so far.
it worked. good job man. i immediately subscribed and liked the video afterwards. keep up the good work
Thank you very much buddy
video starts at 3:25 thank me later
It actually worked for me! I still have some type of "static" in my mic, but basically every mic has it (just the sound you hear during playback or mic monitoring). Thank you for this video, I was really thinking about RMA-ing my mic!
Glad it helped, as for your mic, the only way to remove the background noise for built it or low quality mics is to apply a noise gate, there are external but most softwares offers a built in one.
@@GMODISM I have a hyper x quad cast S. Any software that may help that?
worked perfectly! even fixed the quality of the output sound, thank youuu sooo much!
OMG!!!...I've been searching for this solution everywhere and finally, my problem has been solved in just a couple of minutes. I just need to follow all these steps and click on my "Realtek HD Audio" application to enable "front panel" so the sound connected to my earphone/headphone. Thank You so much
My issue is solved :
Following are the steps I followed:
1. Went to official website of my computer(lenovo).
2. They scanned the PC to know to the Serial no and Model no of my PC.
3.The list of Drivers occurred on screen and they advised to install the drivers.
4. One of the drivers was ' Realtek High definition driver' which was missing from my computer.
5. After the installation crackling noise issue was solved.
This partly helped, thank you!!
Thank you. This did work on my case. My noise came from both front and back audio jack so it was not the head phone set issue. I don't know the reason why this happened but I think it occurred after a few Windows update. Much appreciated..
Seems to have worked for me, replaced Realtek drivers with Generic Windows audio drivers as mentioned in the video.
This actually made my sound stop working completely
me too please help
I dont recommend this guy. He's not really straight to the point and I think he's giving us false info.

My audio didn’t stop working, but it just sounds crappy as shit
Worked wonders, thanks mate!
This video still holds up in 2022. Really helpful, thank you so much!!!
Doesn’t it make any issue?
Because it warns at the beginning not to install
Ok...Ok... this still works in Oct,2019.
(with headphones)
You got rid of my sound thanks
Try to go to device manager and press your sound thand go to details and press roll back driver and it will go to the prievious sound that was working
Still very relevant guide. Just updated my ICUE and stuttering started and this helped again.
worked like a charm!! thank you!!
My guy took 10 minutes to talk about something that can literally get covered in 2 minutes
this happened to me when i got a second monitor and ill i had to do was go to device manager click audio inputs and outputs then i clicked my monitor and disabled it and that fixed it for me
Sir I love you thanks so much you fixed my problem I had for months I’m subbing.
OMG DUDE THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! THE FIRST TUTORIAL THAT WORKED FOR ME
EDIT: Nope nevermind - I still have static. :-(
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I started noticing a static sound a few weeks ago when I opened certain programs. Then it got progressively worse. This solution absolutely fixed it - no more static!
You're welcome!
it didn't work for me the crackling sound is still there

to fix it put a ferrite thing on youre hd sound cabel i did it and it works ferrite takes away static from everything so it is in common use in electronics you should find youreself a ferrite thingi pretty easy.

@Zeno Sama If you listen closely to his recording, try to ignore the soundtrack,
you can hear a static white noise in the background (if u cant hear it, try pausing and unpausing)
Hell, I'm watching an audio tutorial on someone with bad audio.
Someone had my comment deleted, very sus
I had a comment about this creator tryna hit 10 mins by talking bout irrelevant stuff
And lied in the tittle as in "2020 solution" and
zeno sama being irrelevant cuz i wasnt even talking to him and he tryna defend this creator or somethin
@Zeno Sama idk why my comment was deleted, it was sus, but anyways imma say wat i said there
U said "so what" ,
Bruh srsly man, u tryna pick a fight with me or somethin huh?

final solution is try to roll back and install again.. :)
I think it is a hardware problem not a software, because my laptop speakers were working for 5 years and now they are making this noisy sound. @@jcgameplay4428
