  • Ingredients (around 12 snacks):
    *1 banana
    *4 tablespoons maple syrup
    *1 tablespoon chia seeds
    *1/2 cup (70 g) walnuts
    *1/2 cup (70 g) almonds
    *1/2 cup (70 g) pumpkin seeds
    *1/2 cup (70g) sesame seeds

    Mix all the ingredients.
    Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 min.
    Let it cool and then you can enjoy your healthy snack! :)
