Hey I found me and my daughter in your video, pretty cool
Cool
Cool door effect edit. Looks like you had a great time. The tree boa is super clean looking. Very cool that he is so well behaved. Great video!
Anyone out there breeding “Colombian Fidget Spinners”? I really want to add one to my collection but can’t find them anywhere.
i've been breeding Colombian Fidget Spinners for 8 months now and they are very aggressive so if you do get one be careful
Yes extremely aggressive definitely not safe for young children very nippy
I know a friend who breeds Colombian Fidget Spinners, has for a while. They are pretty aggressive.
Muttzilla __ haha
They are a bit aggressive, and mildly venomous. Be very careful when handling and good luck!
My heart melted when I saw that little leopard gecko trying to dig. He looked so cute, digging a hole to nowhere, with no end goal lol.
Watching this in 2023 in Indonesia. Latecomer to the reptile world and reptile youtubers in general, and have been watching 50+ or so Snake Discovery videos in the last month or so, but only started watching their older videos yesterday.
How amazing it is to see the difference between Emily & Ed's participation in reptile shows in just 4-5 years. From a relatively unknown breeder and youtuber who waited in line to get into the shows, and only purchasing a dozen or so stuff at the show, to a fully-fledged reptile hobby personality where now people wait in line FOR HOURS to meet them and getting a whole wagon-full of merchandise from vendors and fans on the way home. Absolutely mind-blowing and I hope the best for the both of you, your business, your staff, and your animal. If you ever considered coming to Indonesia (especially Jakarta), feel free to give me a holler and I'll gladly help you guys out in any way I can.
I want to get a Colombian Fidget Spinner and breed them. Is it possible to breed fidget spinners of 2 different breeds for example, a Zinc bibearing metal with a Colombian Fidget Spinner? If so, how big of an enclosure do I need for the breeding pair? And how do I tell the difference between a male and a female?
I like to breed spinners.
It's fine to breed different breeds of spinners!
Of course 5 generations down the line, more die.
It depends on the size of spinners
With gender it changes between breed. If you say what pairing you're trying I can get back to you.
Yes I know this comment is a year old.
I want a want a one so bad (but I might forget to feed it😳) not
To tell the difference between males and females, females are usually 50g whereas males are significantly less
It really shows dedication to your craft when you get a mutation in your feeder insects and your immediate reaction is to try to prove it out as a morph. I guess we just can't help ourselves. I'm really looking forward to seeing more of your new python; Such stunning color!
I'm terrified of snakes, but I am trying to work on my phobia, which is why I subscribed. Even I have to admit that I find some of your snakes cute, and I fell in love with Nick, your mower snake. Such a cutie!
i love watching these old videos back when they would go to shows and they weren't one of the main attractions! lol
Nice seeing you at the show! And great videos! Hope to see you at the March 2018! (Glad I made it into the photos too at 6:04!)
Snakedude1814 I subscribed to ur channel
06:27 Colombian fidget spinners are personally my favorite breed.
I can't believe your channel has grown so much! It's amazing how many people now watch you videos and learn.
That green tree is awesome!:) Thanks for sharing
i can not say how much i love this video
5:07 so adorable! I think the lil gecko was trying to dig through the cage
:3
Oml
The entire shot with the Leopard Geckos
The whole time
All I could think of was, "Stop. Stop pawing at the glass. I can't buy you. If I buy you, I have to buy everyone else. I can't leave them behind and choose just you. I don't have room. I didn't bring enough cash. I'm sorry. Please stop."
They're so hard to resist
the leopard geckos, i felt bad for them!!
You know I love these videos
It’s like going to Tinley without having to worry about bringing home anyone
Just came across your channel and I went to this show! Crazy!
That is a massive leachie (2:15)!! I've seen big ones, but that guy is a GIANT! That's my favorite gecko too!
I've fallen in love with western hognose snakes from watching your videos. I never thought I'd be a snake person, but here I am. Growing up my uncle had a guarder snake that he caught on his front porch when the weather was getting cold, so he brought him in, and fed him. I remember being young and watching him feed pinkies to it. I was fascinated back then, but of course like most parents are my mom would not even hear about having a reptile in the house. Sadly I still have to live by her house rules even though I really want a hognose to keep in my room.
Thank you so much for taking the time to film the show, edit the video, and post it here for us to see, people who only wish they could go to that show. And WOW, white horn worms? That's awesome never ever seen that either! I'd be interested to see if the moths look any different too. My favorite parts were the white horn worms, the friendly tokay's, the leucisitc hognose, and the colombian fidget spinner lmao.
That prehensile tailed skink threw me for a loop, absolutely fascinating - i do have a soft spot for skinks though. X3 But then my mind was really blown by the friendly tokay geckos LOL!! Never met a nice one in my life, just hasn't happened! My husband would have lost his mind for the gaboon viper too lol.
It was awesome to meet you at the show. I'm a relatively new fan but it was great to get to speak with you guys. Keep up the great work and I look forward to projects with that Green Tree Python. wow!
It was so amazing to see you at the show!
Hognose for sure! I have been wanting one bad but none of the shows I have gone to have had one so has been a bummer. Just don't have the money to buy in mail. Already had a cage set up and everything, just many people around me are getting out of Hogs for good so they either don't have any left or just have huge proven breeders worth a lot. I wanted a pet, nothing fancy, and wanted to watch them grow like I do with all my reptiles the past 16 years. I badly want a snake again.
I want a garter snake or a bullsnake
No rescue organizations by you?
Hi
Do u know on which website we can buy a 🐍. Coz I actually want one but the thing is I already have a Ginger Tom 🐈
What a beautifully light gaboon viper! If I ever started keeping hots, would want one like that for sure.
very cool to see expos from different parts of the world
I was here!! My first expo expo. It was breath taking. Can't wait for March!!
That gaboon was absolutely gorgeous! I don't know if I would be comfortable with a venomous snake, but she would totally make me consider it.
Emily I just discovered you today accidentally!! I’m happy that I did though, I went through all your videos and have now subscribed! Keep up the awesome work! looking forward to much more from you.
Nice to see the vendors have a sense of humour XD
If I could have brought any 1 of the animals home it would have definitely been the Gaboon Viper (to bad it's venomous)! That snake was GORGEOUS! It happens to be 1 of my fav snakes if not my FAVORITE of all snakes. Great video and thank you for sharing it with us.
We
One of those tiny turtles I love you channel I watch it all the time I was afraid of snakes before but after watching you I love them I can't wait to watch more videos ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great video of a great show! Nice GTP!
What I love 😍 about your channel is that you make it about the animals🐍
But your still gorgeous 🌷💕
Great video and it was great meeting you
I want a Leachianus gecko. They look like tiny dinosaurs.
Shadowed Kiss i want a lepeared gecko
Me to i like the cresties but them leachies are awesome
Yeah but they’re so expensive. If I could pick any reptile to have I’d pick a leachie
Welcome to Jurassic park
6:27 I busted out laughing they actually have a fight spinner in a display case and it said $25 obo worlds first Colombian fidget spinner and they had substrate in the display case with it
Awesome video! I can't wait to go to Tinley NARBC one day! For now I will continue going to Arlington NARBC ☺
I’m hyped for the March 2018 show in Tinley this weekend.
Kind of funny that I want to go to the Arlington show since I’ve never been, lol.
Hi
CatAleah hiviiuhhhuuvihjbujogiuhyytyvjvtmfi🍩🍬🍫🍡🍡🍡🌆☎️📷📸📹💿📀
Wish we had a NARBC in Georgia
CatAleah are from Texas
The tokays are cute. I like the tree python you got. So friendly!
The Colombian fidget spinner had me dying! Lol great video and editing skills, new subscriber over here 😁
Colombian Fidget spinner is my favorite reptile
those hornworms were so cool!
Great video! & Nice purchases, so exciting! I'm actually attending my first reptile expo in 11 days. ( counting myself, I have a party of 8 going!!) For the past 2 months I've been like a kid counting down the days 😂 I cannot wait!! The excitement & anticipation is killing me! 😁😁
lol i can relate
The pastel leopard ivory is gorgeous!!!!
"Sir, I understand this expo is very interesting, but I have a plane to catch. Let us be off." - gecko on guys shoulder 🤣🤣
I actually had to back up when I saw the spinner. That was hilarious
Wow, your lucky to find a calm green tree python. I can still see the scar on my hand from when I picked up a " calm " GTP at my local rep store
I already miss going to reptile shows like these after a whole year's events had to cancel due to Covid. Hoping next year each event will open with extreme safety protocols for distancing and numbers limitations.
That door jump cut in the begining was very smooth and it looked great.
Who else saw Columbia's first digit spinner 😂btw love you and what you do Emily 💗
I'm going to the spring one next week! I'm so excited
LOL the fidget spinner XD
If your interested in the Colombian fidget spinner. They eat grinded down metal powder mix. They can also be handled often and spin rapidly when they're happy
My favorite show to go to!!!
The Hognoses! I really love Hognose snakes 😍
That is the most friendly green tree python I’ve ever seen! Mine ALWAYS strikes at me
That green tree python is Sooooo Awesome looking! I would love to have 1 if he was as friendly as the 1 you guys bought..
Those are cool looking hognose snakes too..
i would defiantly take home a hog nose if my living companion didnt have an extreme fear of snakes (though she loves lizards so idk) but when i saw that copper head it just blew my mind how big it was!! the natives here are usually counted as huge at two or three feet and they dont really have as much patterning as the one in the video usually sticking to a darker coppery brown with either none or barely there spots. love your videos!!
I dont need a big mansion
I dont need sports car
I dont need to be famous
I just need a normal family where i can found happiness in my life
I just need David back. I pray to God he'll come back.
WOW UR NEARLY AT 6K SUBBS CONGRATULATIONS AND THIS WAS ANOTHER AWESOME VIDEO AS ALWAYS!
Here in June of 2020 they now sit at 1.7M subs...amazing! I was here before, I believe 10K, but can’t remember for sure,
The python you got looks cool! And it looks relatively small which is a plus for me
I've always been fond of the ball pythons and I love tarantulas and the Madagascar hissing cockroaches. I've always ended up breeding water roaches for my tarantula that I used to have because they're so easy to breed. And they make a lot of babies.
I think the best you brought home was not at the show but after. The Green tree python is really nice.
3:53 I believe that was Brian in the background, to the right of the screen 😁
Victor Huerta OMG it is for sure him
SassyCavys 516 Yeah, I didn't even mean to notice him, I just instinctively did 😂
Victor Huerta lol nice find
Victor Huerta yes I saw the pony tail
I has to be him😂😂
Lol that worlds first Colombian fidget spinner was adorable
HOGNOSES ARE LIFE!!!!!! SOOO CUTE!!!
Omg!!! That’s where I live! My prom was at Tinley Park convention center! I’ll have to go next time!!
Honestly the sorong gtp you got is one of my dream snakes. I hope to get one like it some day. :)
Adds two pithon
Great video it was a great show
I brought home a 10 dollar ball python from that exact same show. I got her from Jays snakes, he is really cool so definitely check him out some time
How's the fella doing??
omg the amazon tree boas are amazing it has an amazing color and its just interesting to look at on Friday you should feed an amazon tree boas you got my like 👍
Do you ever visit Europe for snake exhibitions? Would love to meet you one day! I'd take home the green tree python :D He looks amazing!
Thanks for teaching us science.
I loved the little guy tapping at the case like he was saying hi pick me. Not sure what lizard he was. But he was cute!
Great video!
THATS A BEAUTIFUL TREE BOA 🐍💚🐍💚🐍
Hey Snake Discovery! I have a pair of hognose snakes they have not eatin in a while and I am starting to get really worried, any advice? They are westerns. Thank you!!
snakeman'sexotics is a fantastic breeder! ive been going to him for two years!
I’ve always wanted a snake, but my parents fear them. Maybe when I’m an adult I could get one, and as a starter I would probably get a ball python. The green tree python was really pretty as well!
Will you be at the 2019 convention?
Hognose snake question!
Can you combine a Snow morph and a Super Conda together, and what would it look like?
The snake at 3:05 is so pretty! 😍
The crestie! I love cresties!
You caught me with my hand up mid bid at the auction. :)
You should make merch! Pls♡
Just wondering how much you got the hognoses and the green python for?
I would love to take home a greentree python!! They are just so majestic and Beautiful!!(If you ever get greentree python babies pleasee tell me!!)
Were they selling hots or just displaying them?
Is that show every year on the same days or different days
Amazing video what are your thoughts on red tail boa I would like to get one but not sure
great video who was the hognose breeder there ?
DEA- Exotics Shoot, I can't remember the name of that breeder. Sorry!
Snake Discovery that okay
3:29 I live in Mississippi, and there are A LOT of these in the woods.
Awesome love the emerald boy. Do you feed them birds or have you gotten them to eat mice.
I wonder how people breed the Leucistic hognose. I tried to look for information about them but I couldn't find anything
Hognose! Question? Do your hognose hatchling ever play dead??
Hahaha thats so cute 2.04 i found a cobra wanna be. So adorable😍
What a cute little cober!
I LOVE your SHOW
