These one-hour compilations are incredibly valuable for beginner investors. Watching these has given me the confidence to pick up the phone and start talking to listing agents. What I would LOVE for you to do is a similar live compilation of you taking to private lenders. Not established hard money lenders, but friends, family, new acquaintances, family doctors, dentists, or whomever you may target as a potential private lender. It would so educational to see how some of those conversations are structured. Thanks for all that you do. Always grateful.

Been watching your incredible videos for awhile now.. would you be willing to make a video explaining how much of a profit you could make in a double closing if the seller only wants a certain price for the property that is way lower than the maximum allowable offer?
When calling do you have your MAO in mind? And do you first offer lower than your MAO in order to come up a little, as in the first call? You offered 210, then 215. Thanks for these!
Hey jerry, I’ve been studying your videos for a while now and one question I have that I’m unsure of - do you need a buyer’s agent to close a wholesale deal, or can you close unrepresented and not have to pay that extra commission? I notice you reduce your possible purchase price sometimes because of agent fees, and I’m not sure how that works. Thanks in advance and for all the knowledge in your videos!
