I actually pulled up Redfin and was doing the exercise with you guys during the video but in my local area trying to find deals. It was amazing how you can find so much potential with easy access tools. I can’t imagine how some paid tools would change the game. Thank you both for the tremendous value in showing in practical terms what it takes to do the work and get deals done! I was ready to make calls after the video. I literally have zero paper in place to know what to do next. But you guys fired me up!

I actually worked that property in pwky. It was Infront of a main road and a full gut. Think previous contractors had a stop work order on the property. Shit was a disaster. Didn’t sell it. I had one guy pretty interested but it scared off a lot of buyers investors due to its electrical and roof issues

Jerry question when reaching out to an agent and you send them a text and they get back to in the text and say they are to busy to just email them with any questions and summit an offer through email what should I do I know the area really well the property is in my hometown where I grew up any advice would be greatly appreciated
