Quick question I’m trying to get everything together to form an LLC and get into the real estate investing world.. my question is how are you (specifically or anyone in general) as a business able to get around making wholesale deals and flipping houses in states other than the state your business is registered in? Do you as an individual represent the company to get around that or are there things needing to be done prior to doing business in different states that allow you to do so?

Other states can't limit to one market at least when you level up In Florida follow all the other principles like an extreme motivated seller with issues.

I’ve been calling real estate agents and doing this strategy since 2012 and the number one rule here is to not be desperate and not waste time with any leads that are like the first call. Whenever agents say they want to list it and get the max offer, there is no need to continue the conversation for that specific lead. Let them know what you are looking for (off market) and get off the phone and on to the next. There is so much time wasted on the phone here with no actual motivation. All of my best and most profitable deals are also the easiest negotiation and do not require so much persuasion or time spent. I couldn’t even listen past the second phone call because there is so much time being wasted. Also Jerry you don’t sound as confident here too many ums and slow speech. Not sure if you are doing this for training purposes?
