How are you benefitting from paying $170k which clears everything including a $10k to her? Are you going to turn around and flip this house to make a profit? Buy and hold? Wholesale it? What’s the plan? How did you determine that when putting the deal together? How did you identify the benefits of both parties in this deal?
A question for the channel: If the property is going to AUCTION, how is the ‘HARD MONEY LENDER’ able to Foreclose on the property? Not clear on that … Thanx
