His editing is good and I can understand smaller RUclipsrs not putting massive amounts of effort (and money) towards their content beyond that skill (especially for properly testing monitors, which is extremely time consuming and expensive), but really he is just repeating what it says on the spec sheet and commenting on it, while also misjudging the overdrive (he's clearly not trained to see the artifacts, which is fine, he's not alone in this, but more informed sources confirm those artifacts are there. And there IS plenty of information on the related response time figures, even though he claimed there isn't). I was actually pleasantly surprised with the stand not being able to swivel, as with my current monitor (24G2U) I am constantly moving the panel side to side as it just kinda feels off most of the time, so just knowing it's perfectly symmetrical is definitely a bonus

They use different panels. Gigabyte's uses a Samsung SVA, while Asus uses a CSOT VA panel. The latter reaches 90% DCI-P3, while Gigabyte's reaches 87% as per Hardware Unboxed, I believe. The Asus has issues for users with Nvidia cards, but works fine with AMD cards. That's where people notice strange purple or green ghosting. The responsiveness of the Asus is pretty good though.
