I ACTUALLY GUESSED HIS INTRO WAS AI! I noticed something was up, it had an echo and weird inhuman patterns, but it sounded almost exactly like him.
Yeah the sound is good but the tones are very flat and don't have any emotion

I dom think it would have worked if Blooms had a wide range of emotions when he speaks but he’s usually consistent so \_:/_/
It's almost 100% accurate. It is just minor differences between the real Blooms and AI Blooms.

It’s funny, the voice ai is really impressive and I could barely tell the difference but the chat gpt thing definitely felt so much more like a essay that was written without personality, you could tell the difference between blooms writing and the ai, but still it’s so cool it’s impressive it’s come so far

Yeah it may be able to generate voice convincingly, but the script is very repetitive and doesn't really contain much information, let alone focus.

The only way I could’ve told without the title and the intro would be the repetitive and basic subjects along with the spacing between words and sentences, apart from that it’s extremely impressive
The pauses in between makes it more believable, because you can't speak for hours and minutes without taking frash air, try it out you will see lol. If you see a video where someone talks without taking even a second of break it means that person audio edited his video and cut out the segment where he takes air between sentences.
I could tell it was an AI voice. If it was a regular video I probably wouldn't have but due to the subject of this video I kinda guessed. It seems very very close but it still has a little bit of that robotic sound to it
This is genuinely shocking how accurate it is.

This was a fascinating experiment. The voice deep fake was truly impressive - much better than I expected. I find chatgpt's contribution to the production articulate, but bland and repetitive. Kind of like a lot of human beings' writing style. chatgpt is still struggling with how to be original, funny, interesting and provocative with its content. If you are creative and clever for a living, your job is not threatened yet.
I tried to write a fight scene with it. I'm just not sure if it's issues with the fight it writes stem from the fact that I'm not using it for its intended purpose.

@@billgrabbe9992 I did try a more story based thing. The problem seems to stem from the fact chat gpt just writes what you tell it to write in the most straightforward way. If only I could just give it the beginning of a story and just tell it to generate. Then would be easier to see how creative it can be.

Wow. That was a cool analysis of the history of South Park. Very detailed, perfectly edited, and well written like your previous video essays. And the ending totally caught me off guard. It reminded me of any movie that deals with the rise of technology like Wall-E, I, Robot, Avengers: Age of Ultron, the 2019 Chucky remake, The Terminator, RoboCop, and M3gan. Hell, this AI, from what I've seen it do, can make South Park episodes, as long as you can feed it scripts.
I actually tried to get it to write one as an experiment! It’s not great at copying humor patterns, and I had to take a few tries to keep it on track, but it came up with a pretty generic episode pitch.
What I think about Blooms new Can I make a South Park Video Essay ONLY Using AI? video Essay only using AI? This was an interesting take on things, though I think it could have had more time in the comments. My point was to address the issue of a lack of human-made content (and thus the issue that our videos were made by AI), and I think that the video Essay got to the heart of the issue with more of a short-term answer that got to the core of the problem. I also think that the video is very funny as it tries to poke at some of the issues that can come up in the AI era, and I would have loved to have seen more of a response to it. I would like to see this issue of lack of human-made content and whether that can change, addressed a bit more. If nothing else I think that the video is funny enough to entertain the RUclips crowds, and even though I like the topic I would love to see how this discussion will unfold.

This is scary. The most uncanny part is there is no fluctuation in the tone between cuts, like all the clips of the voice seem perfectly as if there’s no actual cuts ? Like it doesn’t even feel like this is multiple clips stitched together in any way/ couldn’t even tell

I find it fascinating that AI technology has advanced to the point where it can now create video essays.
