    Seniors who stay physically fit can control their blood glucose levels more effectively, which can alleviate many of the symptoms associated with diabetes. Physical activity is one of the most important elements of a diabetes management program. If you are age 60+ and looking for diabetes exercise for seniors routine, this fitness video is for you! It is appropriate for all ages and abilities but specifically designed for the elderly. Improve your mobility, your health, and manage your diabetes with this diabetes exercise for seniors workout routine.
    Here is a great workout you can easily incorporate into your daily routine. Be sure to check with your healthcare team before beginning any exercise regimen, and go slowly at first. Over time, you can increase the length and intensity of your routine.
    There are many benefits of being active when you have diabetes. Moving more can:
    ✅ help your body use insulin better by increasing insulin sensitivity
    ✅ help you look after your blood pressure because high blood pressure means you’re more at risk of diabetes complications
    ✅ help to improve cholesterol (blood fats) to help protect against problems like heart disease
    ✅ help you lose weight if you need to, and keep the weight off after you’ve lost it

      I see that no I do not have grandparents or parents are friends who will participate in the diabetic exercise it is just me my arms feel so heavy and I was hoping that you would say after time it would get much better

      My mom, who is not used to exercises, and never did any yoga, has been diagnosed with high sugar 350. I am here to ask how I can be able to help her reverse this sickness through exercise, but what she can do. She is now 64

    I liked this video a lot after doing a morning stretching exercise. It was strenuous on my arms, neck and shoulders, but I was able to keep up throughout the whole video. I will try doing it every other day until I feel strong enough in my arms. Thanks, Caroline.

    When I'm exercising my arms feel like lead they're so heavy but I know in time that will change I'm following you trying to follow you everyday before going back to the doctor I lost 10 lbs which is great for me and I'm going to maintain that and lose more but I just feel so tired after I exercise sometimes but I feel better during the day thank you for walking through this with me

    wow I feel really good, I have some balance issues but I managed .. my dr wants my sugars to be a bit lower and since walking in the rain is not my favorite thing to do I chose these exercises! I want to do them twice a day and get some walking in when it's not pouring rain :)

    This is very effective, my glucose reading before was in the range of 7-8, now its down to 5.4 average. Thank you very much. i've been exercising daily as part of my morning routine

    I found your exercise video recently. I like that it’s 10 min only. I will increase this exercise routine to 2x a days AM & PM. And of course watch what I eat. That’s the hard part for me but being pre-diabetic, my Dr says I can reverse this with both exercise & healthy eating & portion control.

    So this really got me moving from my sedentary life style. My dog thought I went crazy. LOL. While I can’t keep up with you just yet, I have moved more in 10 minutes than I moved all day long. It’s a start. I like that you offer rest time if needed with out making me feel guilty. But where is that pause button? I can’t find it. I’m 80 and this is the only time I have felt motivated to exercise. Thank you for being positive and kind.

    This is great - thank you. I've been doing another of your workouts. I start with the stationary bike, the do one of your workouts. I like this one - as I have nerve damage in my leg from an accident on an interstate highway years ago. (I have to watch my balance - and often compensate with arm movements). I can safely do this routine - not pretty, but I do it. I keep breathing - I'll work on the smiling part. 😎
