From 223cbg before now 109-121 cbg. Proper diet and your excercise is a victory. Hope all ur followers can achieve same normal sugar with ur excercise. Thank yuo for doing this heartedly. My schedule does not allow 30-minute walks 5 times a week. This makes me feel that I'm at least doing some exercises. I appreciate this!

The holidays are challenging. My A1c numbers have been managed very well in the last year. I made the decision with my doctor to come off my previous medication because of the side, and held off on being prescribed a new one. During Thanksgiving I have overeaten. I've been experiencing depression & my carb intake has been off the charts. I decided to come on RUclips to find an exercise video because my blood sugar level was 175. This video helped lift my mood & boost my energy. Due to its length and types of exercises I can consistently do this. Thank you!

I don’t have diabetes, but this is a good program for my age and speed. I’m 72 and I can tell my arms are weak so I really feel the arm exercises. Actually starts aching on top of shoulders by my neck. Like that it is only 10 minutes!
