Here is a great workout you can easily incorporate into your daily routine. Be sure to check with your healthcare team before beginning any exercise regimen, and go slowly at first. Over time, you can increase the length and intensity of your routine.
There are many benefits of being active when you have diabetes. Moving more can:
✅ help your body use insulin better by increasing insulin sensitivity
✅ help you look after your blood pressure because high blood pressure means you’re more at risk of diabetes complications
✅ help to improve cholesterol (blood fats) to help protect against problems like heart disease
✅ help you lose weight if you need to, and keep the weight off after you’ve lost it
✅ give you energy and help you sleep
✅ help your joints and flexibility
✅ help your mind as well as your body - exercise releases endorphins, which you could think of as ✅ happy hormones. Being active is proven to reduce stress levels and improve low mood.
✅ help people with type 2 diabetes improve their HbA1c. In some cases, this can help people with the condition go into remission.

Hello Ms. Jordan.Im from philippines. Im diabetic and i've been doing ur excercise for diabetes since MAY 2020 and now MAY 2021 my Doctor stop all my medication bcoz its now normal. From 223cbg before now 109-121 cbg. Proper diet and your excercise is a victory. Hope all ur followers can achieve same normal sugar with ur excercise. Thank yuo for doing this heartedly. It's hard. After 4 yrs of non activity at 62 yrs of age, diabetes, Hypertension, CHF and HHT, every movement beyond slowww is an achievement. However tired I am, however lazy sick I am, I have promised to do these every single day in order to feel great. Thank you so much. ❤️❤️❤️

Caroline I really liked this one. Diabetes runs in my family and I'm trying to prevent it as best I can. The length of this workout and exercises contained is just right for me. My schedule does not allow 30-minute walks 5 times a week. This makes me feel that I'm at least doing some exercises. I appreciate this!

The holidays are challenging. My A1c numbers have been managed very well in the last year. I made the decision with my doctor to come off my previous medication because of the side, and held off on being prescribed a new one. During Thanksgiving I have overeaten. I've been experiencing depression & my carb intake has been off the charts. I decided to come on RUclips to find an exercise video because my blood sugar level was 175. This video helped lift my mood & boost my energy. Due to its length and types of exercises I can consistently do this. Thank you!

I don’t have diabetes, but this is a good program for my age and speed. I’m 72 and I can tell my arms are weak so I really feel the arm exercises. Actually starts aching on top of shoulders by my neck. Like that it is only 10 minutes!

Great excersize for diabetic but with my rheumatoid pain some excersize is difficult to achieve.
