You are wonderful! Thank you for being so calming. Your demonstrations are stress-free. Mind you - to be able to use up one's remaining paint, one first has to put paint on a palette!
Fascinating to see how things develop and the artist eye interpretation of the tones and textures as the work progresses. Takes a lot of skill and experience to do this. THANKYOU
Beautifully done! You’ve captured the coldness seemingly effortlessly, but I'm not deceived! Its your experience that makes it look so easy! Thank you for all your videos 🦋🥂
Using up what’s left on your palette makes you feel a bit more less inhibited and just go with the flow and not worry so much about making a mistake (thank you )lois
Thanks so much for your work Lois. Your subject choices are very appealing to me but I was wondering if you ever share some actual photos of what you paint in your patreon page? I like to learn about the compositional aspects and get a better understanding of how you are distilling the image, what you changed, left out etc. Understanding your thought process from initial inspiration to finished work would be greatly helpful as would a photo if there was one.
A lot of paintings, like this one are painted from memory and/or imagination, this was one of those. In Patreon tutorials I discuss my process in more depth and provide photos where I use them
I love using the left over paint. This one turned out awesome. I love the gloomy winter feeling. It is very gloomy and wintery here right now. Just as I said that a little bit of sun poked out. Great feeling from this one. I left you a like and I watched all of your ads. Have a great day.
What an intriguing result Lois absolutely amazing picture with your talent in watercolour painting using minimum colours, enjoyed this video as always pleasant result I would think. Thanks greatly appreciated stay safe and healthy

Yes, Lois. I hate wasting paint, so I do this a lot. It's fun to see what you can do and how it turns out. Thanks for another nice painting. :)
Thanks Margaret, I've got a nice clean palette now, just waiting for some inspiration!

Once again a wonderfully moody landscape. You feel the need to 'wrap up warm' just looking at it lol.

Do you sign your paintings, Lois?
I only sign paintings when I put them into my shop or sell them elsewhere, I don't think about it really, these are just demos!
