I didn’t need to know how to apply them but seeing F1 drivers for years ripping them off and not understanding how they only ripped one off and not the entire lot, this video has showed me exactly how it works so thank you!
Awesome job, never ever change the way the race drive does and always do everything the way the race driver wants it done. He is the one that doesn’t need the aggravation on the of someone else reinventing the wheel on the way he likes things done. Well done.
Tip for cleaning the shield, use meguiars quick wax and 2 separate clean microfiber towels, 1 to clean/apply, the other to dry and final wipe. Give it a shot, I promise you'll love it. Don't use on the inside of an antifog lens. Very very well done on this video btw, probably the best for full face tear off installs out there.
thanks Mandee, very cool. Does anyone remember the automatic tear offs ? It was battery operated with a spool of plastic on one side, and an empty spool (battery operated) on the other. you fed the plastic to the empty one to start. Then as the driver wanted new, he just hit the side actuated button and it rotated across the shield. WELL !!! those messed up went haywire, motor stuck etc more then not from dust, mud and rocks, yes rocks at some tracks. You would be watching a race and a car would go by with 50 feet of plastic flapping around behind the driver lol very funny to see but peed off the drivers. The driver or debri would hit the button and it would all unwind lol
Omg thank you!!!! Lol I will whole heartedly admit I suck at doing tear offs for Nathan. Lol he uses the racing optics as well. I did get yelled at for not putting the tabs on the correct side. I truly appreciate this video!!! Lol I will practice on Saturday!

i had a pull cord version of that liked it till i wrecked the head extension on the seat hit the drum and ripped my shield off lol

Simple question...why are the mounted tires shrink wrapped on the rack?....to soften them up?

Ryan uses the EZ tear piece that hooks on to the post! Look into it - it has saved him a lot of times from grabbing too many :)
