I have my Ishtar lvl 102 no 2 and it doesn't hit like that :'v, I just took out ibuki berserker and I'm loving it, but I will always be main Ishtar, she was my first 5 star servant and I love her since then:'3
@@gonpanchiro1447 yeah considering Tesla also had 80% chance skill but later he got upgraded of 20% chance more through other skills making it a 100% Ishtar could have had it too especially since competition is getting harder day by day thanks to Ibuki, Kamaveger and Meluruler...

Spishtar's sinergy with Oberon is nuts, and even more if we add OC effects, dude. She's awesome, pretty underrated nowadays
