    This branch goes by the official name “Shippo no Yu Dormy Inn Premium Ginza“, with “Shippo no Yu” (“Shippo Natural Hot Spring”) referring to the public bath on the first basement floor, which is filled with onsen water brought in daily from a natural hot spring in Sosa City, Chiba Prefecture. It is the one and only accommodation in the Ginza area with a natural kuro-yu "blackwater" hot spring bath and high-temperature sauna!
    Having only opened in February 2023, this hotel, located a short five-minute walk from Higashi Ginza Station, is beautiful inside and out.

    Thank you for the video, I have learned that the Dormy Inn chain is very good pretty much all around Japan, but this hotel looked especially nice. May be an excellent option to stay for more than one night in Tokyo

      Hi Cherry! Thank you so much for also watching this video! This is really appreciated! And yes, I agree with you! The Dormy Inn chain is really an excellent choice if you are visiting Japan. They have the regular Dormy Inn hotels, as well as Dormy Inn Premium hotels, like the one in Ginza. What sets them apart is the extra mile they offer - by giving out extra treats and freebies during your stay. Their hotels also have hot spring baths which guests can enjoy. I highly recommend Dormy Inn the next time you are in Tokyo. Their ramen is really good too! 😊

    This video is so helpful! I really feel like it’s me, exploring my new hotel room 🤩 Besides the GINZA location, have you stayed in any other Dormy Inns?

    Hi, Thank you for your video. It’s really helpful. May I ask if guests need/ have to wear swimming suits to go to the hot springs? Thank you!

      Hi Linda! Thank you for watching my video and for appreciating my work! I am happy to know that my video is helping you plan your trip to Tokyo. With regards to your query, for Japanese onsens or hot springs, you cannot actually wear anything. Japanese onsens are enjoyed naked. Swimsuits or underwear are not allowed. There are separate facilities for men and women if this helps. They also have lockers to store your clothes. If you feel conscious, especially for first-timers, you may cover yourself with the small onsen towel provided, before entering the water. Just place the small towel nearby so that when you get out of the water, you can still cover yourself if you still feel conscious.
      I hope I was able to answer your query. In case you haven't, I hope you can also consider subscribing to my channel for more useful travel videos. Thanks again! I hope you are enjoying your day! :)

    I subscribe right after watching it! Good luck I wish your channel could grow larger and larger. Some advice though I think your camera angle is too close and a bit unsteady. It will be nice if you could consider it🙏

      Hi Grace! Thank you for watching my video and for subscribing to my channel! I really appreciate it! Most especially your very kind words - your wish for my channel to grow really warmed my heart! Thank you so, so much! Your advice is also noted. I admit that I still have a lot to learn. I still consider myself a newbie who only uses an iphone to film, but I am really hoping that the quality of my videos also improve as I get used to it.
      Thank you so much again! Have a great week ahead! 😊

      Hi Cynbi! Thank you for watching my video and for giving such positive feedback! I really appreciate it! With regards to your query, I used the third-party booking site called Agoda in booking my stay in this hotel, though you can also use other sites like booking.com, etc, and even directly through the hotel's website. The room rates will vary of course so you can just choose the most reasonable rate for you.

    Did I get it wrong that you open a door to the toilet then another door to enter your actual bedroom ?

    • @wheretonext1190
      @wheretonext1190  2 месяца назад

      Hi James! Thank you for watching my video! With regards to your query, yes, you got it right! As soon as you enter your room, there is a receiving area and you will see 2 more doors. One door will lead you to the actual bedroom, and the other door is for the toilet. You can just leave the door to the bedroom open during your stay if you feel it would be more convenient for you to not keep on opening doors.
      I hope I was able to answer your query. In case you haven't, I hope you can also consider subscribing to my channel for more useful travel videos. Thanks again! I hope you are enjoying your day! :)

      Hi Laurie! Thank you for watching my video and for giving a positive feedback! I really appreciate it. With regards to your query, as I was focused on the coffee machine, unfortunately, I didn't notice if plain tea was available at the free drinks station. But I am quite sure that you can also get it there as I saw tea bags during breakfast. You can also ask the restaurant staff there for tea bags and I am sure they will give you some.
      I hope I was able to answer your query. In case you haven't, I hope you can also consider subscribing to my channel for more useful travel videos. Thanks again! Enjoy your day! 😊
