At least in Australia, the heated bentos can be bought in most Asian supermarkets! Though the ones I've seen require you to manually pour cold water on a heat sachet, not as convenient as just pulling a string. Quite pricey, the taste is similar to microwaveable frozen meals, but they're great for getting a hot meal on eg long roadtrips

As a person with autism and other neurological issues, being left alone for the entire journey, with no one else watching or trying to talk to you, is my idea of heaven!❤ And for the same reason LOVE that your videos are silently narrated by the text and there’s no presenter talking loudly - we just hear all the natural sounds of the journey. This is a brilliant concept, but also perfect for people like me who can find it overwhelming when people are talking on top of other sounds. On the contrary, this video was rather relaxing to watch.

Congrats on 1 year :D I love watching these videos because tourist information always focuses on the main events and cities like Tokyo and very little information is given about the transportation you may need or want to take to visit different places; your videos give a nice, relaxing first person view of that experience and allow us to at least partially experience the different transport options should we ever choose to visit and ride on them ourselves - valuable information that we seldom get to see! great work.

In Tokyo’s night, a bus departs the neon glow,
Whispers of dreams in the city below.
Under moonlit skies, on a highway’s embrace,
Osaka-bound wheels trace the stars’ soft grace.
    Silhouettes of skyscrapers bid farewell,
As the journey unfolds, a nocturnal spell.
    Passengers in slumber, dreams intertwine,
A poetic voyage, in the dark confines.
Through the heart of Japan, on this road we weave,
    Tokyo’s lullabies, Osaka’s eve.
A symphony of shadows on the night’s ballet,
In the quiet hum, tales of travel lay.

This was a great watch. I have to remind myself that in smaller countries (smaller by land mass), an 8 hour drive is a very long time. Changing into pajamas for an 8 hour road trip in the U.S. would be a little comical.
On another note, for something like that in the states you would pay a lot more than $120, so that's pretty cool.

    • @heathbar8015

Ever since Nishi Nippon Railway (Nishitetsu) introduced this style of luxury bus way back in circa 2011 on the Hakata (Fukuoka) to Tokyo route, such buses have become fairly common on Japan's busier bus routes. Being able to actually get decent sleep on an overnight trip is a big plus, and they have essentially become the modern equivalent of the old JNR "Blue Train" overnight sleeper trains.
