*The less noticeable changes:* First change I seem to have noticed is the fact that the phases 4-5 now have a growth that actually slowly progresses on the back at 1:10 , although I am not 100% sure. The back does look a lot different in 1:16, though. Second change I've noticed is the fact that the clusters' animation is a bit different now. The hunchback phases at 0:44, specifically 3rd phase seems to be picking up SINGULAR blocks rapidly now, and some smaller clusters every once in a while. Another change which I noticed after writing this comment is the fact that the tentacle animation is also faster. *The obvious changes:* Third change is now that the 7th phase has much more detail, and the scars are much more visible. Fourth change that I've noticed is that now there are more types of tainted mobs. Fifth change, which I probably should've mentioned first is that at 0:30, the Wither Storm seems to have spawned in some kind of abandoned temple. Not really much to say about it, other than the fact that there is an amulet as well on the temple, which I really like. *Overall opinion on other features:* I really like the fact that you can escape the tractor beam with ender pearls now, which was definitely needed in my opinion. You can now use explosives like TNT to damage the heads, too, which is really cool. Creepers seem to work in a similar way, too. I really love the firework dispenser that you can place down! It'll help a lot and I'm quite curious on what the crafting recipe will be. Love the fact that you can use a fishing rod to save mobs from the tractor beam, or even possibly players, just like how the gang saved Jesse from getting sucked in back in Episode 3. I like how there's a spyglass to actually tell you the phase of the Wither Storm! Could this possibly be connected to the fact that it progressively grows ever so slightly instead of suddenly now, as a quality of life item? Overall, this update is if not one of the biggest and best updates this mod has ever had. I'm still wondering on how we'll be able to make Command Block enchanted weapons, ever since the 1.20 update, though... I do kind of think it could be a Tainted Smithing Table, which only spawns inside one of the structures of the Wither Storm's bowels. Although, its really just a suggestion which probably won't go through. I'm guessing its probably gonna be an anvil, like in Minecraft: Story Mode.
about the second change: i think no animation has been actually changed, instead, the ws can pick and absorb singular blocks with the tractor beam, wich it was not a feature in earlier versions, where it was only able to pick up block chunks around it
Dude my biggest (and only) gripe with this mod used to be how unfair the tractor beams snapping onto you would feel if you so much as peeked at the wither but with the new "scanning" they do instead, this mod is basically perfect now Also the debris clouds for the destroyer phases and the chunks of terrain swirling up into the storm looks just so menacing and cool now, went from a 10/10 to an 11/10 fr
I absolutely love how this is looking so far, looks like it’s terrain destroying powers have been improved and are now more dangerous, perfect for my next trip to my local village
Actually acts like the Story Mode Storm, moving its head around, instead of looking at one direction for 1 minute when there's not a mob there, and it actually can destroy the planet now, faster block and chunk consuming speed makes it more like a Destroyer of Worlds
- New block pickup animations - Smoother head and tractor beam movement - New Order of the Stone temple structure (Possibly new/alternative place for wither spawn) - Throwing an ender pearl to escape the wither storm's beam will no longer have the wither storm immediately snatch you back up - Mobs will now turn dark when approaching the wither storm - New firework bundle block to discract the storm - Ignited tnt blocks will explode when approaching the wither storm - Mobs can be set free from the wither storm via fishing rod - new withered spyglass to view the storms phase - command block will now shine everytime you damage it instead of it shining once destroyed - New withered mobs
A bit sad there won't be any Archeology Wither Spawn... I was so ready to contribute more into perfecting it to make it fit for the mod. :c Individual suction of blocks? Now this is what felt missing! :D Sick! I also appreciate that the lasers now becomes more a "mini-game" of dodge and stealth rather than instant punishment for even existing. The creeper detail is really nice and logical! Fireworks being reworked, sick! I'm all out for it! AND TNT? Now we're gaming! And some more that sounds interesting (yes, textured crossbow pearl) And more withered mobs, nice! Which, for this, It just made me realize: they could be the swallowed mobs by the wither, but they are all in stasis within the walls. Maybe when we fight the command block, they could emerge from the floor and walls and ceiling, Warden style? It would make most sense and feel immersive. Alright, it's the end of my ranting, congrats on the development!
It’d be cool if the tentacles inside the wither storm also came out of the ground like the warden when the command block is struck, like in minecraft story mode when the tentacles come out of the walls

New temple for spawning of the wither storm Boss bar increases like the normal wither to show how much time is left until it spawns Tractor beams rapidly grab singular blocks Singular blocks being absorbed have a more rapid animation of spinning debris animation looks different Heads now move slowly when targeting mobs, allowing it to be more balanced You can escape the beams using ender pearls now The storm no longer always faces you The storm seems to grow in chunks rather than stages now Creepers and tnt now get pulled in by the tractor beam and blow up in front of the heads Mobs dont die when absorbed? (maybe) Mobs go into the body instead of being chomped now. Mobs fade to black when being absorbed New telescope item that tracks stages if the storm along with a box of fireworks to distract the wither storm Blocks grabbed by beams stay in the beam until they reach the storm Block clusters seem to have more fluid animations Rapid block grabbing ability?
here are the things i noticed: 0:01 - new withered mobs 0:14 - items floating towards the storm are different and blocks surrounding the storm go in different directions 0:21 - head movements are much smoother 0:27 - new storm spawn areas 0:37 - storm can now pick up blocks with its tractor beam 1:10 - new phase - will probably work like phase 5 where it has 2 stages 1:12 - enderpearls get you out of the tractor beam 1:15 - storm looks more round 1:20 - creepers explode when near the storms head 1:31 - new firework bundle item - can distract storm 1:43 - tnt explodes when near storms head 1:54 - you can save a mob (or player?) using a fishing rod 1:58 - new spyglass that tells you what phase the storm is in 2:11 - new purple blocks float around the storms and gravity blocks get picked up different 2:25 - command block glows when hit 2:31 - more new withered mobs
Now I'm not 100% certain from this footage, but I believe Crackers has changed how the witherstorm uses it's tractor beams. Before it would just automatically lock on to any entity in range, and once that entity was caught in the beam, escape was impossible. But now it appears that the witherstorm actually slowly pans it's tractor beams around instead of automatically locking onto stuff. Again, I'm not 100% certain, but if this is the case it should add strategy to avoiding the tractor beams again instead of just holding your shield and SLOWLY running away. (For context, I've played through this mod multiple times.)
this mod is definitely one of the most well made mods out there, happy this is still being updated edit: i'm noticing that pig looks a lot like reuben from mcsm
Man i am HYPED because i love this mod to death, because its the only one that actually brings he wither storm to Minecraft, something ive always wanted, its awesome and this update looks amazing, good luck with making the mod, cant wait!
the witherstorm being able to pick snow and have it orbit around it is a super cool thing that ive wanted to go along with the debris cloud, hopefully it can do the same with full blocks
Im excited for this update! There are progressions now, The Beams move less swift and more like smoothly and stuff, and the physics of the objects being picked up are cooler.
And it wouldn't be that hard to code either. Just make it so when the enderman pulls a block from the witherstorm the entityconsumed variable lowers by 1. Have a limit for the amount of endermen that can be on the wither storm at once and activate a new variable once its in phase 7. We will call this hole. When the enderman takes a block from the witherstorm the hole variable increases by 1. If the hole variable is equal to or greater than 150 then the hole will open up allowing you to enter the witherstorm.
I think it would be really cool if you could like swim out of the tractor beam super slowly or something like that. I think they might've done something similar like that in story mode. Idk that just popped up in my head. Really cool update!
These are definitely some good improvements for the mod, this is one of my favorite mods since MCSM the mainline games wont be coming back, more structures spawning like that would be really good, as well as music that could be played when the wither gets close from MCSM Can't wait to see what else you have planned for this mod!

almost all the changes of the new uptade -new animation of the block clusters -new wither storm platform -new big brain -new block of fires to distract the monster -heads now take damage from explosions -new withered iron golem and new withered pillager and others... -new camera is used to see the phase of the wither storm -command block now casts a bright light for each hit you land on it -possible bug fix -the entrance to the bowls is probably redesigned or not THAT'S ALL I CAN SEE
There is also lasers being reworked. Now instead of just going wherever at lightning speed, they now "slowly" go from one point to another, making it a bit more similar to how MCSM beams seemed to work
I noticed how Wither Storm is now able to pick up block clusters using his tractor beam, not gonna lie, a pretty nice feature. Also, I noticed how the Tractor Beam doesn't pull you up through blocks anymore. Realistic tbh.
Ok, making a list of all the changes I can see: Sickened Golem, New spawn house, pink pumpkins, better tractor beams, ender pearls now work, creepers damage heads, mob coloration, firework bundle, block rotation, fishing rod functionality, rueben (probably resource pack), advanced spyglass, additional cloud debris at 2:18, although I gotta say it doesn't look very good, sickened cow, sickened pillager, sickened evoker, internal phantoms.
Changes i spotted: 1. WITHERED IRON GOLEM LEZ GOOOO 2. Chunks and blocks now swirl up into the storm 3. YOOOO SICK THE ORDER'S TEMPLE IS THE SPAWN AREA 4. Ender pearling out of the beams now works instead of the beam re-locking onto you 5. Phase five lookin a little different👀 6. Creepers blow up when getting sucked as self defense 7. FIREWORK BUNDLES! NEVER GET SUCKED UP RANDOMLY AGAIN! ONLY FOR $3.99 8. The storm also now sucks up individual blocks more frequently 9: TNT now works as an attack on the storm 10. WHEN THE SPYGLASS IS SUS 11. Bowels hole seems to be changed 12. The command block has an effect when you hit it 13. EVEN MORE WITHERED MOBS YESSSS Extra changes i noticed after watching it again: 1. Wither storm debris cloud is now different. 2. Withered mobs seem to grant wither, judging by how you constantly had wither during the bossfight. 3. When slowing down the beginning, a purple thing can be seen behind the waterfall, but its hard to make out exactly what it is. 4. The wither storm beams now move around and search rather than suddenly locking on.
The thingz that i notice in this update is that the Ws in stage 4 has 7 tentancles cuz probably of the new evolution Thing and the other thing i notice is that it has purple particles Floating around on phase 7 and the Tractor beams Pull Singular blocks and they orbit around the ws before Absorbing and ETC ETC ETC SO MUCH MORE!! CRACKER YOU FREAKING LEGENDS DUDE!
Love this teaser, I do hope that the tentacles could have more use in the mod, considering that in story mode, the tentacles could grab the player and/or attack surroundings by causing damage and grab mobs, through interpretations. I love the new additions within the update, the fireworks, the TNT, the fishing rod, and the new subtle changes to the Wither Storm.
There would be a cool feature where after the symbionts defeat, a few minutes later a bunch of Endermen spawn and later on carrying tainted blocks which will make sense as to why there is a hole in phase 7 Edit: at 1:08, the tractor beams now are actual wither storm tractor beams instead of current tractor beams locking on a mob/player. I believe this is referenced in episode 1/4 when escaping from the wither storm to get to the temple and riding on the horses.
suggestion: make it so that the wither storm gets bigger and bigger if you dont bomb it, the same for the bombed wither storm which if you dont go into the bowels it will get bigger and the hole will get smaller. Also if you want to add the divided tag when trying to set it to a phase so it will know if its big brain or divided storm.
this mod is amazing and I’m glad the mod is still having updates. the night glare gives nostalgia from storymode. and I love the new update! seeing it from far is so cool! This mod makes a great survival experience. Great job nonamecrackers2!
Here's what i think part 1 update will add: - New Wither Storm spawn places - Mobs darkens when being about to be eaten (feature request i made being added wow) - Withered Pumpkin ? - Wither can pick up blocks sometimes faster than usual ? - Wither storm's heads moving similarly to MCSM - More Stages ? (4.5 ??? 1:10) - firework bundle (probably to distract the ws for a little period of time) - WS eating little blocks with his tractor beam - New Spyglass to check ws's phase - Purple debris going around WS - Wither Storm bowels hole remade ? - More sickened mobs - Light comming out of the command block when hit That is what i think i've found so far. Tornado, 1x1 block being absorbed, slower head movements, new spawn structure, new health regeneration system, faster block clusters, more block clusters, block clusters move into debris ring, where the wither storm head is looking block clusters spawn, new models for the Wither Storm, the heads do not track the player using an ender pearl, creepers defend themselves, formidibomb looks like a dynamite barrel, firework barrel, darker dark sky, tnt gets absorbed better, fish mobs out of tractor beams, cool spyglasses, purple block clusters after fomidibomb, command block bossbar shows on the outside, sparks when the command block is hit, sickened animals, sickened illagers, and sickened iron golems.
What i could see: The blocks had a different sucking up animation The 4+ stages eat blocks itself instead of only chunks Wherever the tractor beam looks, TONS of blocks just get pulled in Chunks and blocks seem to swirl into the wither storm, sort of like a tornado Of course its obvious that theres a new mini order if the stone structure thing that it can be summoned in I THINK you can slowly see progress between stages 4 and 5 maybe other stages The tentacles have a different animation or move faster The heads move around randomly instead of looking at one spot then stopping, then just looking at another spot fast, ect. 1:23 it actually consumed the mob instead of damaging with the head. Like in mcsm it didnt eat them with the head it just consumed them and they turned black until… they were one with the storm. tnt and creeper actually damage the head New firework dispenser block Saving entities from tractor beam with fishing rob like mcsm when jesse’s friends saved him with fishing rod Weird spyglass thing that tells you the phase Purple debris flying around the stages after formidi bomb like mcsm
0:01 - Pillagers and their variations can now be tainted 0:05 + 2:30 - Passive mobs can now be tainted 0:20 - Tentacles (heh) now move smoothly, so does the head with the tractor beams. 0:27 - The Wither Storm now has a new spawn location (Hopefully also the amulet would spawn there) 1:10 - Due to the slow head rotation, escaping from the wither storm's clutches is now easier using an Enderpearl. 1:20 - Creepers now aggravate when in the tractor beam, and explode before they get eaten, dealing damage to the heads. 1:25 - Shader now works with the wither storm POOOG! (I think it used to crash when someone tried) 1:30 - Firework bundles now exist, used as an effective distraction. 1:43 - TNT now has their fuse time set to JUST BEFORE the impact of the head, a way of dealing damage to the tractor beams. 1:53 - Fishing rods are now more effective towards saving a tractor beamed mobs (Cool for a cinematic, ay?) 1:57 - A spyglass like item now can be used to indicated which phase the wither storm is currently at. (That also hints that each phase might have a smoother transition!) 2:11 - When the wither storm is large enough, they can grab an array of blocks and wayyy more chunks of blocks at the same time. 2:38 - Vexes being summoned by tainted evokers MIGHT also be tainted? (As if they weren't hell enough, cracker.) Hope I didn't miss anythin.
The fact that blocks now go arround him makes him more dangerous snd menacing, love the work you put in it! Just a question what do u use to program the wither storm?
Things i've noticed: Clusters seem to shrink when right infront of the ws. the WS can suck up way more block sizes now. its now very amazing Firework dispensers now exist

i love your mod i used to play minecraft story mode when i was younger and i loved the wither storm so the fact u made such an amazing mod its just mind blowing for me! keep it up i love your mod i got an idea if u would like the hear just reply and ill instantly tell you! cause like i said u have such an amazing mod.
A small detail is that when you throw an enderpearl to escape it works, before this update you couldn’t use on to escape it would just tractor beam you again
i really love this mod it my fav but it well be cooler if the tentacles is more animated like from minecraft story mode it well be very cool to do that but np if you dont want to i well accepeted
So far the changes I've spotted are, snow tiles can be picked up, there are way more withered mobs, the starting spot has been changed, the shack being replaced by some Order building, some mobs fight back when they're about to be absorbed by the storm, cool as hell firework bundle that confuses the storm way more than regular rockets, tnt takes longer to activate when being sucked up by the storm allowing the player to bomb the storm, a custom Ruben pig? The ability to fish mobs and potentially players out of the tractor beam with a rod, some phase checker thingy? Sand blocks seem much more vulnerable now (could be falling sand seen at 2:14) and I think that's it
the first thing to note is the wither sickened mobs including withered golems cow's pillagers and phantoms next is the pattern in which it picks up blocks it leans more towards the tornado like aspect of the wither storm circling around the storm instead of being pulled straight into the storm it also picks up blocks of multipool sizes instead of the consistent cluster size they had before we also see the tractor beam pulling in an excess blocks as well there are seemingly new patterns in the wither storms movement including the tentacles acting like actual tentacles and the WS heads acting like spotlights instead of heat seeking missiles we see a new strutter in form of the forgotten temple from story mode there is also a new item that looks like a spyglass as well as a firework display it now sucks is gravity blocks Sutch as falling sand or primed TNT it would seem to have new phases and textures the command block also releases sparks of energy wen hit as well as the command block boss bar being visible outside the wither storm did i over analyze yes i did i will also update if i find more things😇
One thing I'm hoping for is that if it uses its tenticals for attacking the player, if you don't have time to on this update don't worry as maybe you could add it in a future update but for now let's be great full for what you cooking up for us nonamecracker :).
changes of that i have spotted: 1: the tractor beams finally cause damage to the ground and slowly sucking things in. 2: the debris don't just orbit the wither storm anymore and rather, going in random directions and there are new pink debris 3: the wither storm in phase 4.5 now has even more tentacles and has grown just a bit and with phase 5 the wither storm now looks different. 4: there is now a firework bundle and that distracts the wither storm. 5: the TNT goes into the tractor beam and explodes on impact, and now creepers explode when about to be eaten 6: there are more sickened mobs than before and now the fallen mobs are now on the celling and walls 7: there is a new spyglass that allows you to track the phases of the wither storm 8: the ground chunks that are now being sucked in don't just fly in a straight line but rather going in random directions and flying into the storm 9: you can pull mobs out of the tractor beam and i bet that players can be pulled out to. 10: with phase 5.5 the sky fully darkens like with phase 6+ 11: in phase 7+ the hole looks a lot different than before 12: the command block emits beams of light every time you hit it 13: the sickened mobs now give you withering effect 14: phases 0-3 look different than before and bonus: you can change the color of the darkened sky within the config nonamecrackers2... did i get all of them? or is there more
Here is everything i noticed: First we have the clusters, i noticed at phase 4-7 instead of just going in to the wither storm they now swirl into the storm like there is a tornado,also i noticed tractor beams can pickup little blocks and clusters Secondly we have the new spawn location, this can be spotted quite easily near the start, it kinda looks like a abandoned by the order of the stone yet to be found by us and lost jungle temple with a amulet on it. Third we have.. a new phase? Yeah you heard me, so anyway during the storm going to phase 4-5 (or phase 5.5) i noticed something like a new phase, for now this new phase will be phase 5.25 now i think this phase is probably the phase from the part where jesse and the gang are running from the wither storm in the forest. Okay so thats it for me cuz im not making a whole biography about this so find the rest of the stuff throught out the video or look at different comments
New Feature: if you heared the shaking in the beginning its actually a new feature I played this and I actually got Jumpscared by the shaking of the earth. So you want to know how this happens? Basicly once the wither storm is in distance to show the boss bar If you go deep enough your camera will shake and music will start playing.

A new cool item I think you should add is a music disc only found in chests in the wither bowels if a structure is generated in there. The disc should be about the prequel of the wither storm

and at the beggining theres a iron golem which is poisoned by the storm.Also i think the head's animation looks smoother too.

Which, for this, It just made me realize: they could be the swallowed mobs by the wither, but they are all in stasis within the walls. Maybe when we fight the command block, they could emerge from the floor and walls and ceiling, Warden style? It would make most sense and feel immersive.

It’d be cool if the tentacles inside the wither storm also came out of the ground like the warden when the command block is struck, like in minecraft story mode when the tentacles come out of the walls
Things ive noticed:
New withered mobs
Smaller clusters seem to "orbit" the storm before being absorbed?
New temple for spawning of the wither storm
Boss bar increases like the normal wither to show how much time is left until it spawns
Tractor beams rapidly grab singular blocks
Singular blocks being absorbed have a more rapid animation of spinning
debris animation looks different
Heads now move slowly when targeting mobs, allowing it to be more balanced
You can escape the beams using ender pearls now
The storm no longer always faces you
The storm seems to grow in chunks rather than stages now
Creepers and tnt now get pulled in by the tractor beam and blow up in front of the heads

I cant wait for this update! so many huge and small changes that really add up for the whole experience!
here are the things i noticed:
0:01 - new withered mobs
0:14 - items floating towards the storm are different and blocks surrounding the storm go in different directions
0:21 - head movements are much smoother
0:27 - new storm spawn areas
0:37 - storm can now pick up blocks with its tractor beam
1:10 - new phase - will probably work like phase 5 where it has 2 stages
1:12 - enderpearls get you out of the tractor beam
1:15 - storm looks more round
1:20 - creepers explode when near the storms head
1:31 - new firework bundle item - can distract storm
1:43 - tnt explodes when near storms head
1:54 - you can save a mob (or player?) using a fishing rod
1:58 - new spyglass that tells you what phase the storm is in
2:11 - new purple blocks float around the storms and gravity blocks get picked up different
2:25 - command block glows when hit
2:31 - more new withered mobs
2:38 Sounds like we'll get withered phantoms, or phantoms in general, inside the wither storm as well.

Now I'm not 100% certain from this footage, but I believe Crackers has changed how the witherstorm uses it's tractor beams. Before it would just automatically lock on to any entity in range, and once that entity was caught in the beam, escape was impossible. But now it appears that the witherstorm actually slowly pans it's tractor beams around instead of automatically locking onto stuff. Again, I'm not 100% certain, but if this is the case it should add strategy to avoiding the tractor beams again instead of just holding your shield and SLOWLY running away. (For context, I've played through this mod multiple times.)
Updates are getting better each year. I hope your mod gets popular.

the witherstorm being able to pick snow and have it orbit around it is a super cool thing that ive wanted to go along with the debris cloud, hopefully it can do the same with full blocks

Im excited for this update! There are progressions now, The Beams move less swift and more like smoothly and stuff, and the physics of the objects being picked up are cooler.

And it wouldn't be that hard to code either. Just make it so when the enderman pulls a block from the witherstorm the entityconsumed variable lowers by 1. Have a limit for the amount of endermen that can be on the wither storm at once and activate a new variable once its in phase 7. We will call this hole. When the enderman takes a block from the witherstorm the hole variable increases by 1. If the hole variable is equal to or greater than 150 then the hole will open up allowing you to enter the witherstorm.
I think it would be really cool if you could like swim out of the tractor beam super slowly or something like that. I think they might've done something similar like that in story mode. Idk that just popped up in my head. Really cool update!
These are definitely some good improvements for the mod, this is one of my favorite mods since MCSM the mainline games wont be coming back, more structures spawning like that would be really good, as well as music that could be played when the wither gets close from MCSM

Since sand it's a gravity affected block it travels much faster on the beams and in a large amount
Nice to see how the tractor beams now work like how they do in story mode. Your now able to move out of the way.
I noticed how Wither Storm is now able to pick up block clusters using his tractor beam, not gonna lie, a pretty nice feature. Also, I noticed how the Tractor Beam doesn't pull you up through blocks anymore. Realistic tbh.
Ok, making a list of all the changes I can see: Sickened Golem, New spawn house, pink pumpkins, better tractor beams, ender pearls now work, creepers damage heads, mob coloration, firework bundle, block rotation, fishing rod functionality, rueben (probably resource pack), advanced spyglass, additional cloud debris at 2:18, although I gotta say it doesn't look very good, sickened cow, sickened pillager, sickened evoker, internal phantoms.
I absolutely love this teaser, this is amazing!❤. A change that i found was that mobs fight back after being picked by the wither storm
One change i’d definitely like to see is making the tentacle animations more fluent and nasty

Extra changes i noticed after watching it again:
1. Wither storm debris cloud is now different.
2. Withered mobs seem to grant wither, judging by how you constantly had wither during the bossfight.
3. When slowing down the beginning, a purple thing can be seen behind the waterfall, but its hard to make out exactly what it is.
4. The wither storm beams now move around and search rather than suddenly locking on.
The thingz that i notice in this update is that the Ws in stage 4 has 7 tentancles cuz probably of the new evolution Thing and the other thing i notice is that it has purple particles Floating around on phase 7 and the Tractor beams Pull Singular blocks and they orbit around the ws before Absorbing and ETC ETC ETC SO MUCH MORE!!

Love this teaser, I do hope that the tentacles could have more use in the mod, considering that in story mode, the tentacles could grab the player and/or attack surroundings by causing damage and grab mobs, through interpretations. I love the new additions within the update, the fireworks, the TNT, the fishing rod, and the new subtle changes to the Wither Storm.
I cant't wait for the part two of the teaser. I love this mod, I would never miss an update !
There would be a cool feature where after the symbionts defeat, a few minutes later a bunch of Endermen spawn and later on carrying tainted blocks which will make sense as to why there is a hole in phase 7
Edit: at 1:08, the tractor beams now are actual wither storm tractor beams instead of current tractor beams locking on a mob/player. I believe this is referenced in episode 1/4 when escaping from the wither storm to get to the temple and riding on the horses.
suggestion: make it so that the wither storm gets bigger and bigger if you dont bomb it, the same for the bombed wither storm which if you dont go into the bowels it will get bigger and the hole will get smaller. Also if you want to add the divided tag when trying to set it to a phase so it will know if its big brain or divided storm.
this mod is amazing and I’m glad the mod is still having updates. the night glare gives nostalgia from storymode. and I love the new update! seeing it from far is so cool! This mod makes a great survival experience. Great job nonamecrackers2!

Tornado, 1x1 block being absorbed, slower head movements, new spawn structure, new health regeneration system, faster block clusters, more block clusters, block clusters move into debris ring, where the wither storm head is looking block clusters spawn, new models for the Wither Storm, the heads do not track the player using an ender pearl, creepers defend themselves, formidibomb looks like a dynamite barrel, firework barrel, darker dark sky, tnt gets absorbed better, fish mobs out of tractor beams, cool spyglasses, purple block clusters after fomidibomb, command block bossbar shows on the outside, sparks when the command block is hit, sickened animals, sickened illagers, and sickened iron golems.
I counted every single one.
I just noticed that the sickened mobs inflict withering when damaging the player.
Also, more tentacle movement.
The spyglass also can tell what phase the Wither Storm is in.
What i could see:
The blocks had a different sucking up animation
The 4+ stages eat blocks itself instead of only chunks
Wherever the tractor beam looks, TONS of blocks just get pulled in
Chunks and blocks seem to swirl into the wither storm, sort of like a tornado
Of course its obvious that theres a new mini order if the stone structure thing that it can be summoned in
I THINK you can slowly see progress between stages 4 and 5 maybe other stages
The tentacles have a different animation or move faster
The heads move around randomly instead of looking at one spot then stopping, then just looking at another spot fast, ect.
1:23 it actually consumed the mob instead of damaging with the head. Like in mcsm it didnt eat them with the head it just consumed them and they turned black until… they were one with the storm.

0:05 + 2:30 - Passive mobs can now be tainted
0:20 - Tentacles (heh) now move smoothly, so does the head with the tractor beams.
0:27 - The Wither Storm now has a new spawn location (Hopefully also the amulet would spawn there)
1:10 - Due to the slow head rotation, escaping from the wither storm's clutches is now easier using an Enderpearl.
1:20 - Creepers now aggravate when in the tractor beam, and explode before they get eaten, dealing damage to the heads.
1:25 - Shader now works with the wither storm POOOG! (I think it used to crash when someone tried)
1:30 - Firework bundles now exist, used as an effective distraction.
1:43 - TNT now has their fuse time set to JUST BEFORE the impact of the head, a way of dealing damage to the tractor beams.
1:53 - Fishing rods are now more effective towards saving a tractor beamed mobs (Cool for a cinematic, ay?)
1:57 - A spyglass like item now can be used to indicated which phase the wither storm is currently at. (That also hints that each phase might have a smoother transition!)
2:11 - When the wither storm is large enough, they can grab an array of blocks and wayyy more chunks of blocks at the same time.
2:38 - Vexes being summoned by tainted evokers MIGHT also be tainted? (As if they weren't hell enough, cracker.)

TNT used to just distract the wither storm but now it picks it up and damages it. I wonder what that means for super tnt…

A small detail is that when you throw an enderpearl to escape it works, before this update you couldn’t use on to escape it would just tractor beam you again

Something isnt right... The mobs never died, they were absorbed into the storm. 1:30 ... Could this mean mobs are being stored now?

Without an amazing best minecraft mod like this I would have been playing the Peppa pig mod
So far the changes I've spotted are, snow tiles can be picked up, there are way more withered mobs, the starting spot has been changed, the shack being replaced by some Order building, some mobs fight back when they're about to be absorbed by the storm, cool as hell firework bundle that confuses the storm way more than regular rockets, tnt takes longer to activate when being sucked up by the storm allowing the player to bomb the storm, a custom Ruben pig? The ability to fish mobs and potentially players out of the tractor beam with a rod, some phase checker thingy? Sand blocks seem much more vulnerable now (could be falling sand seen at 2:14) and I think that's it
for the shack/order temple. It hasnt been replaced there are just now different varients that can spawn. (the order temple was made by me loll)

I love the mini order's temple in the jungle, kinda cute IMO
so if the beams scan for the player now instead of just instantly attacking you, you could make it so the amulet makes it scan more in your direction

the first thing to note is the wither sickened mobs including withered golems cow's pillagers and phantoms next is the pattern in which it picks up blocks it leans more towards the tornado like aspect of the wither storm circling around the storm instead of being pulled straight into the storm it also picks up blocks of multipool sizes instead of the consistent cluster size they had before we also see the tractor beam pulling in an excess blocks as well there are seemingly new patterns in the wither storms movement including the tentacles acting like actual tentacles and the WS heads acting like spotlights instead of heat seeking missiles we see a new strutter in form of the forgotten temple from story mode there is also a new item that looks like a spyglass as well as a firework display it now sucks is gravity blocks Sutch as falling sand or primed TNT it would seem to have new phases and textures the command block also releases sparks of energy wen hit as well as the command block boss bar being visible outside the wither storm did i over analyze yes i did i will also update if i find more things😇

Change i noticed is what wither storm now moves it’s head slowly, not instantly like in previous versions
One thing I'm hoping for is that if it uses its tenticals for attacking the player, if you don't have time to on this update don't worry as maybe you could add it in a future update but for now let's be great full for what you cooking up for us nonamecracker :).
If I remember correctly the tentacle also destroyed blocks
changes of that i have spotted:
1: the tractor beams finally cause damage to the ground and slowly sucking things in.
2: the debris don't just orbit the wither storm anymore and rather, going in random directions and there are new pink debris
3: the wither storm in phase 4.5 now has even more tentacles and has grown just a bit and with phase 5 the wither storm now looks different.
4: there is now a firework bundle and that distracts the wither storm.
5: the TNT goes into the tractor beam and explodes on impact, and now creepers explode when about to be eaten
6: there are more sickened mobs than before and now the fallen mobs are now on the celling and walls
7: there is a new spyglass that allows you to track the phases of the wither storm
8: the ground chunks that are now being sucked in don't just fly in a straight line but rather going in random directions and flying into the storm
9: you can pull mobs out of the tractor beam and i bet that players can be pulled out to.
10: with phase 5.5 the sky fully darkens like with phase 6+
11: in phase 7+ the hole looks a lot different than before
12: the command block emits beams of light every time you hit it
13: the sickened mobs now give you withering effect
14: phases 0-3 look different than before
and bonus: you can change the color of the darkened sky within the config

I am indeed hyped for this new update.
Here is everything i noticed:
First we have the clusters, i noticed at phase 4-7 instead of just going in to the wither storm they now swirl into the storm like there is a tornado,also i noticed tractor beams can pickup little blocks and clusters
Secondly we have the new spawn location, this can be spotted quite easily near the start, it kinda looks like a abandoned by the order of the stone yet to be found by us and lost jungle temple with a amulet on it.
Third we have.. a new phase? Yeah you heard me, so anyway during the storm going to phase 4-5 (or phase 5.5) i noticed something like a new phase, for now this new phase will be phase 5.25 now i think this phase is probably the phase from the part where jesse and the gang are running from the wither storm in the forest.
Okay so thats it for me cuz im not making a whole biography about this so find the rest of the stuff throught out the video or look at different comments
could be cool to add a 8nd phase which evolve segments into phase 4 wither storm
i like that at 2:10 a zombie looked more like he was planning to take over the world more than the wither storm
New Feature: if you heared the shaking in the beginning its actually a new feature I played this and I actually got Jumpscared by the shaking of the earth. So you want to know how this happens? Basicly once the wither storm is in distance to show the boss bar If you go deep enough your camera will shake and music will start playing.

A new cool item I think you should add is a music disc only found in chests in the wither bowels if a structure is generated in there. The disc should be about the prequel of the wither storm
