This was a very helpful video. TY. I was successful at step two. I may need to try step three later - suspect that is the real root cause. But for now, the keyboard is back in operation

Hi, we just got the Surface Go 3 and were able to set it up and run the updates. But after rebooting, we get to the password screen but we can get the onscreen keyboard to pop up (we don't have a physical keyboard). We have tried rebooting (using step 2) and still it does not work. We will try step 1 tomorrow but was wondering if you know anything about this. Thanks!

not sure if others are experiencng this.... but i only have frour keys that intermitently dont work. grab canned air and spray the areas not working. worked for me
