A few dealerships in south florida are starting to look the same way.....they are not selling because of the markups and people are starting to wise up....alot of stealerships were also hiding their inventory and now can't sell....oh well

I was a cop for 25 years. Cops are way more likely to give you a break/warning on a traffic ticket if you are honest with them. And if you got all your ducks in a row. And if you are apologetic (they can tell when you are lying). And they feel like you learned a lesson just for getting stopped and scolded for it. They just don't want you to do that bad behavior again!!! lol... both guys handled that car stop perfectly.
Dude, you’re so right these cars are made to be driven not sitting at a Jay Leno museum. My super stock is one of 13 built in Destroyer Grey and is a track car and is used on the track every weekend. Shooting for 9’s in the car. It’s currently running 10.28.

Back in 2002 i bought a 94 vette and first insurance company i went to the computer said " 21yr old and corvette unacceptable ". The lady turned the monitor so i could see it lol.
Just wait people until spring time see if the rates will drop and let the dealership sit on the cars over the winter its to close to the holidays to spend money on a car
They have to pay a floor plan fee on those cars every month. If we as consumers stop buying, they will have to discount these cars soon . We will probably start seeing some interest rate specials before the end of the year

The only way a 170 will hold its value is by keeping in the garage and only be driven once or twice a month. Don’t think for one second your demon 170 will cost more in 2030 with 30k miles on it cuz is not happing 😂😂

I am all for the free market but for every action there is a reaction, the Dodge dealers have cheezed of so many buyers they will have to come down to or below MSRP to move these already overpriced cars. Collectability chances are low because as you said there are plastic cars meant to be driven.

Check out Dan Cummings Dodge in Kentucky. 110 Hellcats . Thought about buying from there. The salesman was honest and no markups but my issue is they've been sitting outside for months and they get rained on. No warehouse to store them.
Rain doesn't hurt a car?? No dealer ever stores them inside.. and they get hauled on an open car hauler, and sit for a couple weeks outside at the plant.. My last three new cars have all got Ceramic Coating about 2 weeks after purchase.. With a good detailer, they will make the car look better than it ever would, and that coating really makes any road grime just rinse off.. I have only washed mine with soap once this whole year.. The rest were just rinses to remove grime and bugs and a quick detailer wipe down after a highway run to remove the water..
Thats where I got my special edition super bee, no bs, no marks up honest people. They do have a lot of hellcats it’s insane

Hemets a shady dealership talked to them over the phone agreed to pay msrp on a WB scat drove a fee hours got there and they came out with bs on paper they added markup and after going back and forth they removed markup but added a crazy finance that came out to be nearly 130k about 50k in additional Fees one being a 30k finance fee besides interest😂

Wrong. You buy all your cars on the phone. You pick 10 dealers and wittle them down against eachother. You work each dealer against each other on the phone until you get the best deal and that's when you take your time to show up. You go in there and they're gonna play games with you all day long.
After over 50 cars I’ve bought I can confidently say that you’re “wrong”. No one will take you seriously over the phone. You go in person and you can still pit them against each other. Thinking you can make a better deal over the phone is absurd. Money in front of them means you’re for real and gets them tied to the outcome.

They have a overstock lot across the street where the keep the other hellcats lol me and my brother seen them all there last week
They make a kit to put that plate on the front of your car without drilling a hole, go check it out.
If you didn’t know your stuff and already know they had 15+ allocations, the regular car buyers would think they only have 2-3 hellcats and believe the “markup” stories that these are selling fast lol
All of this "you come in with your money" stuff is great for local buyers. But some areas of the country don't have any cars. So if you want one it HAS to be a long distance deal or a fly in - buy - fly out and arrange for transportation deal. And no one is going to spend the $$ and time to fly in and do all of that without a deal in principle in place first.
I’ve only done it 3-4 times now and shown the entire process on my channel and saved massive money by doing so. You can easily shop out of state. You just have to use all of your brain cells to convince the dealership you’re for real and can and will do the deal that day, wire deposit, apply for loan etc.
When I was a cop everyone got a break unless you were an asshole! People make mistakes including myself and I never forgot that. I didn’t want money taken out of peoples pockets. Now if you were disrespectful or act like an entitled asshole…… press hard 3 copies and here is your court date with a smile!

Tons of left over 2023’s and an oversupply of used and repos on the lots at discounted prices. Dealers may hold out for a while but they’re going to need to cut their flooring costs at some point and move these cars.

unemployed for 10 years, whatever one thinks of something or not its $11'000usd for an AAM1150 or $250 for some rust on it that's never had a load on it... land lord just uses estate function to blow up a $12 rattle can the other 10k. that 250 makes it back to CN rail and there using their estate function to buy raw metal at $74/ton, don't care what the land lord bonded there money for in municipal use. traffic tickets are the number one thing in collecting funds spend out of local structure. stung for 65k because of giving... that 250 because of how they use it in federal structure not a local... 101 reasons a "thing" gets hit by the repo, then it has dirt on it and they stop caring. prospecting isn't mining as the liquor store sine says no miners. no manor, the guide wheels on a rail truck take 95% of the weight load... just to clean the spiders out the switch boxes.

They already were,I bought my 2016 Hellcat that was sold new August 2017 with a $72,340 msrp sold $56,500+taxes/tags then I bought it with 1,778 miles from the owner for $46k ,Carmax ,carvana and a few dealers offered $42-$45k offers and He told me $47 I said $46k and done deal,Cars with some miles could easily be had for the range u put at the time
