    For people asking about an artichoke dip recipe, I literally just added a can of artichokes to the mixture and it was AMAZING. Same recipe, just added a can of drained, chopped artichoke hearts :)

      +b0dianab3auty I used my local store's in house brand. I live in Texas so it was HEB artichoke hearts, but any brand you pick will be good. Artichoke hearts aren't easy to mess up :) I think Libby's makes a can and when in doubt, get the can with a brand name you recognize. Generally that means better quality in canned goods. :) I hope that helps!

    I pull out all the insides of the bread and then bake the 'bread bowl' and insides for about 15-20 mins to crisp them up then put the dip inside. it stops the dip from making the base soggy, and makes it easier to pull the sides apart. YUUUUMMMM!!!!

    My aunt Yolanda made this a couple Thanksgiving's ago....and it was fantastic! She never told me how to make it, but then again I never asked. Now I have this recipe!

    Laura I was looking for a similar recipe to the tostitos creamy spinach dip but all the other recipes had mayonnaise which I can always taste but thanks to this simple and easy recipe and I can make it better than buying it lol. Laura your channel has saved the day again

    Thanks for the recipe Laura . I cooked this recipe and it taste even better than the popular brand I bought in the supermarket. I do not have spinach ( out of stock ) but I just use green leafy vegetable instead of spinach. It taste good too . God bless you more!

    LOVED this recipe! I saved the water that I pressed out of the frozen spinach, and used that water to thin out the cream cheese, but otherwise stuck faithfully to the recipe... have not had one of her recipes fail me yet! So tasty!

    I made this for my 21st last year, not many people liked it except my partner XD He took the bowl into my room and at most of it :P I made a nice Spinach and Artichoke dip a few months ago, its a MUST if you like artichokes!

    I like how people think that when people share/upload "unhealthy" videos, it means that we, the viewer, have to make them back-to-back! She's sharing videos about food. If you don't like it, don't make it! If you don't eat dairy,watch another video and shut up. Your lifestyle choice is not the choice of others. I'm not going to make this dish for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (I wish I could!) and Laura is certainly not asking us to do so. Thank you for great recipes, Laura.

    I'm glad I found this recipe because this is my favorite but every time I buy it in a jar I get a migraine.I think it must be MSG..Now I can make it myself and not feel like hell after eating it.Yum! Great Job Laura Vitale!

    Hi Laura,thank u so much for this recipe. I hate spinich but was told by my Dr to eat more as i'm low on iron, but after making this recipe and eating it, I really don't mind it so much now. I love this recipe bcos its easy to make and I don't taste the spinich! Annie xx

    This recipe goes to a new level when you replace the salt and pepper with dehydrated French onion soup mixture. Once in the loaf, sprinkle top with a cheese of your choice, put the lid back on the loaf, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes on 370F/180C. Once removed from the oven, allow to cool a little, remove the lid and break it up, and serve hot, using the bread removed earlier, and the top crust to dip with. When making the filling, use this recipe then add 1 cup of sour cream, and blend all together. This is decadent and memorable. ;-)

    Of course it tastes good, it's melted cream cheese with salt! Absolutely fine as part of a balanced diet, so long as you have the tiniest amount of it or nothing else for 2 days before. I'd like to see some videos of what Laura cooks the rest of the time.

    you can also toast the bread empty loaf & pieces in the oven before you pour the spinach dip in :) Its a nice texture change between the crispiness of the bread and creamy spinach dip :)

    Yum. I will probably make this tomorrow when I get home. Yum YUM!! I loved all the ingredients, minus the onions. I just don't think personally that onions will be good with the ''dip''. When I cook spinach, not as a dip but as a side of a meal, I do however, caramelize my onions slightly. But for this dip, the onions isn't a preference of mine, Lol. But as usual, I always love ur episodes. U r amazing in the kitchen.

    Last Christmas me my mom and my sister and cuzins and aunt&uncle went to this Christmas party thing and they had presents for every kid there and they had that spinach dip there and it was soooo good oh my gosh I kept getting up to get more. It was just soo good! Soo thats what I had to relate with this appetizer lol :)!

    Dear Laura,
    When I make my cannelloni I make a filling with spinach (frozen) cooked on butter with a pinch of salt and dried garlic, then I add feta cheese. It's delicious! Is it a substitute of this?
