GOOD VIDEO, AMMO INC AMMO exploded & bent the inside my UPPER REC on my AR PCC in 10MM over a year ago. Thanks on sharing this story. AMMO INC is shit, & unsafe....
I don't have a gunsmithing background but I do like to think I have common sense. If this were to happen to me, no matter what caliber or firearm I am shooting my first impulse would be to go over the firearm with a fine tooth comb and check for any kind of structural damage. If it passes my next impulse would be to fire a couple of mags of another brand name ammo to assure myself that the bad ammo itself was problematic and not the firearm. But as I read in the comments that multiple others have had the same trouble as you it becomes more than a mere coincidence. Furthermore because of this I'd be suspect of any caliber they offer. They had better get on the ball or they wont be in business for long.
Just had this exact thing happen to me about 3 weeks ago. I am curious what batch number your ammo is from? I just removed the copper jacket tonight from a batch of ammo inc 150 grain fmj ammo.
Well never heard back i emailed they blamed the 300blk on thier bullet supplier and the .223 primer issues on a bad batch of primers. They did not offer to replace just said they let finance dept know to cut me a check for what i paid for the ammo which when sent i sent them m PSA order invoice. They did not even offer to replace the AMMO i guess they dont have confidence in thier product. I will do a report video once i get the check in if i ever do...
Their Vmax 110 just cracked my carrier and destroyed my upper receiver. I didn't notice until the sound and smell changed, and the color of the powder was excessive around the ejection port. I found some primers but couldn't find any spent brass missing them near me... not sure what caused this specifically but this is turning into an expensive lesson....
Im not using there ammo brand no more. I bought 200 round only got to shoot 5-10 time after constant jams. I know it’s Ammo inc because I had another brand and it shot flawlessly with all the same mags. Highly recommend you stay away from them ‼️
All the crap talking…I got it for my suppressed 10.5” 300blk 220 grain TMC stealth subsonic. And out of ppu, Hornady black. It was the only reliable rounds….it did a full dump on 3 30 round mags flawlessly. All the other rounds had FTF

I really dislike ammo inc. Bought a few boxes of the 150gr 300 blackout and fortunately it did not lock my bolt to the rear, so I shot the rest up and won't be buying anymore. Damn shame because it is 75 cents a round locally, whereas everything else is $1.10 a round.
Why does 300 blackout have so many problems. Bought some 300 blackout from a sporting store it was Winchester subsonic ammo and there was a huge gash in the bullet.
I had a baffle strike on my suppressor shooting this ammo today. Tons of copper "shrapnel" in the lower and the suppressor now appears to be wedged onto the QD mount. Gun only has about 50 rounds on it and is now inoperable. Seeing your experience, and now that I had this, I wouldn't trust that ammo.
I'm always careful with ammo companies and brands I've never heard of before the pandemic, Lots of shifty stuff coming out now. Glad you have all your fingers still.
Had a problem with 223 55gr fmj, from what I had shot about 150 rnds before with no issue, then went to the range with a different rifle and blew a primer after maybe 2 mags, unknown to me at the time. The blown primer was crushed up on the front of the bolt on the left rear of the barrel. The rifle began to have soft strikes on the primers and when it did fire it seemed louder. I picked up the cases and noticed immediately there were several blown primers. I quit shooting and took the firearm home and tore it down. This when I discovered the piece of a primer was jammed against the barrel on the left side. I checked the headspace, good, checked O/A length of cartridges, Good. Cleaned and lubed the rifle and returned to the range the next day with the same rifle, another rifle, 4 types of different ammo and the offending cartridges. Fired 100 rnds through both rifles, no issue. I wore heavy Gloves and Goggles and a heavy jacket for safety. I think the first rnd that blew a primer jammed the primer next to the locking lugs on the barrel. This was not allowing the bolt to completely lock yet would still fire, hence the light primer strike and 3 more blown primers. I still have around 300 rnds of this ammunition and will relegate it to checking primers frequently and gloves and goggles. Shoot the 9mm JHP all the time in my pistols no issue. I been shooting for over 50 years and have had issues with some of the big brand ammo companies as well, so I'll see what happens with this last 300 rnds of .223 before I ban it from my ammo box.
I picked up some 300 blackout brass from the it was some of this brand and I blew the primers out of a two of them. And they weren't necessarily hot loads either
YEP! I just had this happen to my Sig Rattler & my brand new 300blk build I just completed! This happened to my Rattler twice with Palmetto State Armory AAC 300blk ammo and it just happened again with Ammo Inc rounds. I did not believe Sig that it was the ammo until it just happened with Ammo inc and to both the rattler and my brand new build. I used a #4 easy out to grab the jacket and a 1/4" rod to tap it out of both barrels. You are correct, it is a B to get them out. *Ammo Inc. is reimbursing me for my ammo and sent a shipping label to send them what I have left. Hoping AAC does the same.
I was having the same issue last weekend with this ammo getting stuck in the chamber. Not to the point I had to use tools to extract but the charging handle was very difficult to pull.
@@5stargunsandgear I’m weighing each of them for hot powder loads. I’ve already ran 500 through flawlessly. Otherwise the ammo is ridiculously clean - I’ve never shot such clean ammo before. Cleaning the gun looks as if I ran 4 mags.
Well I have some of there .380 ACP I use for malfunction drills. I got suckered in on a PSA sale of this 150 Gr 300.. I saw all the 5 star reviews and at half price bought 200 rounds... now I'm trying to cancel before they ship.
Not all is lost if it fails they were good about refunding my money and paid return shipping to thier ballistics lab. They did confirm bad batches of both the 223 and 300 blk
Problem is this is a reoccurring theme with Ammo Inc therefore it’s a issue with them selling ammo with subpar components solely their responsibility to put out a safe and quality product no excuses
Dang, I just ordered some of this stuff for a brand new 300 BLK build myself. I grew up in Wisconsin and have been excited to try this out partly because it's manufactured there. Definitely disappointing to see this. I really hope they've fixed their issues in the time since you first posted this video.
Ive shot their 223, 7.62 and 300 blackout out of my guns without issue. did you by chance measure COAL on that round you pulled? Was this Reman or new brass?
Just found this video because a box of pulled down brass came with a mess of these cases and I'd never heard of it before. They have their own headstamp, so it's new brass.
This is crazy, I just had the exact same thing happen in my 300blk. I thought it was the barrel but I’m certain it was this. Sending the barrel in to the manufacturer to see if they can get it out and check the barrel.
Hope I don't have that issue with mine, I have 30 boxes sitting in my target ammo pile. I did shoot 6 boxes with no issues so far. I did have tons of issues with their 380 ammo. I bought some of their 40 Jhp also and haven't shot that yet. Guy at the gunstore said they have hard primers in them which is fine because I have hammer guns that will eat it up.
My guess is the copper cover was too thin or poorly bonded. Do companies like this even make their own bullets? My second guess is seating depth was an issue and there was no free bore.
I ran into the same issue with the 150gr from ammo inc ammo. Where it seemed to get stuck inside the receiver and felt like i couldn't get the bcg to open. Unless i fired the round the round waste of 400rds
Ammo Inc. is the worst ammo I've ever used. Multiple failures from their hard primers, almost half the box before a squib round. Absolute garbage.

Why didn't you shoot subsonic stealth?
Happened to me yesterday. Hit muzzle brake and pieces ricocheted and peppered my arm. Drew some blood, nothing serious. Sure could've been though.
Hows the stealth 300acc ammo they have? I got 60 rounds and dont want to deal with muzzle strikes on my can or damage the barrel
