I'm going to try this but I'm going to use chicken broth instead of heavy cream
I use sour cream or Greek yogurt! I also sometimes add mushrooms. Loved the twangy music!
Looks good! I would of used thicker slices of pork and seared them till it's golden brown so the juice from the fat is caramelized and add some onions and garlic to the recipe.
