How long can we preserve it?
That would depend how you store it. For longevity when finished cooking pour into icecube trays and freeze them .. You will end up with a few easily manageable servings
I use sour cream or Greek yogurt! I also sometimes add mushrooms. Loved the twangy music!

Looks good! I would of used thicker slices of pork and seared them till it's golden brown so the juice from the fat is caramelized and add some onions and garlic to the recipe.

Prepared horseradish is easier to work with, and by that, I mean to cook with, than fresh horseradish because you have to prepare(grate and season) it first 😅

That crust looks way better than most videos I see. Other people have some bland, white looking meat with no sear.

beef stock is made from rendering beef bones and vegetables down. Most store bought beef stocks use beef flavoring instead of real beef and are quite tasteless. Chicken stock from stores is ubiquitously real and is a better choice.

That’s what I’m trying to figure out I keep cooking and I haven’t got that charred look I think my timing with the butter and all is off

Cook The pork chops in TBE first side without the butter and just a light amount of oil and you get a much better crust. Flip half way through and then add the butter and herbs and when it’s 75% done and once the butter foams kill the heat to low then baste. Pull it off when it’s 90-95% to your desired likeness and pull it out it in a wire rack and let it rest with the pan juices on top of it. It will finish cooking from the residual heat while soaking in those juices.
