I love all your recipes, Wendy. The egg curry was really delicious. I tried your quiche to and it tasted good, but the butter was in excess and the crust was soft rather than flaky. I suspect that my cup measurement wasn't accurate. By 1 cup, how many ounces of flour do you mean? Thank you. Hugs from India

I'm looking for an easy receipt. This is not an easy receipt like the title says (it's misleading) It's more like a gourmet Quiche than anything else and maybe made by a professional chef.
