@@superman-op9xt you lift with the glutesssss, if you feel your back you need to go down on the weights and correct your form. Or you'll damage your back and then you can say bye bye to lifting heavy weights and booty gains.
You need different sets and reps of different exercises for the muscles to grow. This routine is ok for 1 day of the week, you need to vary for day 2 and 3 of the week!

Using a barbell for hip thrusts is better because it’s putting weight solely on your hips, working more of your glutes. Using a plate isn’t as effective because it’s working your quads & a little bit of your glutes. Try using a kettlebell if you’re uncomfortable with a barbell.

For hip thrusts keep your chin tucked in and facing forward not up.

You're doing great! but please... when doing hip thrusts keep your chin tucked in when squesing at the top of the movement. Your back will thank you!
