    Such an easy recipe to follow and it came out soooo soft and fluffy, it melted in my mouth. I might be using these for future events because everyone is in love with it! :D

    Thank you so much for the video . This is the best recipe ı have ever done . I followed every step and it's so fluffy and yummy . I Just added 30gr more sugar in the cake though :) Because I like more sweet :)

    Here in Switzerland we call this cake "Roulade", which highly confuses the Germans as a Roulade for them is rolled meat.

      I did not add but if you want extra fluffy you can add 1/2tsp baking powder

    Hi, thank you for the recipe. I made yesteryear similar to your method with extra step baking powder but the skin peel off. Do you know why? Thanks!

      Hi, thank you. I think it is a little bit underbaked, maybe next time you can try to bake longer 5 -10minutes so the cake skin can become thicker.

      Try using a different brand of parchment paper
      I switched the brand and that solved the problem

    Hi may I ask if I wan to double the cream cheese filling, how should I do it? Is it
    400ml whipped cream
    160g cream cheese
    60g sugar?

      Leave it for a day and fill it with whipped cream or some other filling, the smell with go away

      the inside oven temperature I measured using the oven themometer was 320F (160C)

      You can use any brand as long as 9% protein but not > 10 or 13%. Cake flour

      60g Sugar, the rest of the ingredients are in the description box
      No baking powder, the Whipped Egg White makes the cake rise
