Hi, thank you. I think it is a little bit underbaked, maybe next time you can try to bake longer 5 -10minutes so the cake skin can become thicker.
Try using a different brand of parchment paper
I switched the brand and that solved the problem

the inside oven temperature I measured using the oven themometer was 320F (160C)

You can use any brand as long as 9% protein but not > 10 or 13%. Cake flour
I made using All Purpose Flour, and was fine too
