      @@EsmeraldaVital the heat on top was too high, it cooks the surface too fast. Try to cover the cake with a piece of parchment paper or foil and remove it after at least 60 mins of baking. Or lower oven temperature and extend baking time, just observe when the surface start turning brown and firm then you can increase the heat a bit more for additional 30mins or so

      Yep because the cake will start to crack if it is continuously baked at high temperature

    I baked this one tonight. The texture was soft! But after 20mins the surface was already craked. Should I lower the temperature a bit? Let's say 155 degree?

    Hello, when you bake at 100 C for 60 minutes. It was told to open the oven door slightly for 30 mins. Do you crack the oven door at the first 30 mins or the last 30 mins.

    Bạn ơi cho m hỏi , vì làm bánh này thời gian lâu ăn vèo cái hết nên m muốn làm size bánh to khuôn 10inch thì m double công thức của b, thì m nên bake nhiệt bao nhiễu, bao nhiêu thời gian để bánh đủ chín cho khuôn 10inch vậy b ? Tks b
