weightloss during a period is so difficult 😭as other comments already said, it's mostly water weight. For women our weight can fluctuate so much in a month because of our hormonal cycle. I can gain anywhere from 1-3kg around my period and get so bloated it feels like 10kg 😓I hope that you don't feel too stressed and could enjoy your last week of April! ✨
The main focus when on your period is hydratation and keep eating like you are used to. Don't go to hard on your body when on your period cause it will only lead to cravings. `your goal is to maintain at that moment, not lose.

I really recommend you stop weighting everyday, if you become too obsessed with your weight, at one point you're gonna feel like you can't lose weight and it's just gonna frustrate you.
People should understand that some of us can literally gain 1kg in a day. And some of us find it very hard to lose weight. I’m currently doing IF for about a week now. During the 8hrs window time I only eat one meal, low carbs or low calories. Before doing IF, I was already eating once or twice a day. So i don’t think my body is in shock which is not good. If your body senses that you’re starving, it will store fat. So instead of losing weight, you’d retain it. That’s why it’s important to diet gradually. I’m exercising a bit too but i still haven’t loss significant weight. And it’s so frustrating when you can’t eat anything for 16hrs straight. Black coffee during IF is okay. Anything under 50cal is okay. Sigh, i miss my milktea and chocolate so much.

1/2 tbs Cinnamon 1/2 tbs cacao powder 1/2 tbs coffee powder Put them in a cup of milk and mix . Then boil it . Drink it before sleeping and you can drink before breakfast too .This is for making your metabolism faster so you gonna lose weight early ♥️
heyy just wanna say that you shouldn't really focus on your weight especially when you are nearing your period (1 week before period, even 2 weeks too) because your body retains more water during that time and its completely normal! i even gained 1 kg of weight but after my period, i lost that 1 kg even though i don't diet. our weight is influenced by many things and even if you gain a weight that could be muscle or water weight, not fat! and i don't know if this will help or not but back then i got a weight loss plateau too and i tried to eat lesser carbs and i overcome the plateau :) maybe you could try that but do what the best for your body because you know your body the best! :)
You should look at your average weekly weight as opposed to everyday weight to see if you are making progress. Bloating happens often while we are on our periods so just enjoy the process and listen to your body!
I'm not sure if this is too much info, but after a cheat day its normal to gain weight. I mean there are tons of reason for it, you probably haven't gone to the bathroom yet; depending on much how you ate, one tend to retain water. Also during your period, bloatness is real. So don't stress over gaining weight. ps. Muscles are heavier than fat, so even though you're losing fat it probably won't show on the scale since you're also gaining muscle.
I'm at the exact same weight and the exact plateau after a cheat day and I really don't know what happens when we get at 58kg but it just STOPS. like, what the hell

Of all moments to stop worrying about your weight, it's during your period and also a day after you eat. Of course you're going to gain weight during your period. All of us with a uterus do. And if you eat food, you'e going to gain weight. We fluctuate every single day. It's normal. If you're going to weigh yourself, do it once a month at this point. You're not helping yourself by obsessing over it.
You are losing fat !! if you see the inbody result you will see that your body fat is down ,,during period you retain water a lot ,muscles mass is becoming bigger so your weight goes up ,and when muscle mass is big your metabolism is becoming faster and its hard for you body to store fat ! Don't do daily weigh in, it can drive you crazy add you do not know what is bloating, water weight, muscle gain. Doctors say weigh yourself once or twice a month, max once a week. Your body will go up and down so much in a spam if a few days. So you'll see better progress limiting the weighing yourself. You're a inspiration for me! Keep going, fighting!

Hi hitchuu ♡ I started on march 17,2020 to now may 4,2020 .. And for the food I eat only 500 calorie per day.. More on egg, apple, black coffee some chicken breast and lots of water ♡.. At the same time I even do intermittent fasting for 23hours.. And 1 hour eating window..
And for the workouts I'm very lazy in workouts.. I just do some 3 set 15 squats, 2 sets of 1 minute plank, 5 minutes jumping jack, 10 minutes up and down to stairs of our 3 floor house.. That the only workout I do honestly.. But sometimes I workout 2 times a week 😂🤣

Of all moments to stop worrying about your weight, it's during your period and also a day after you eat. Of course you're going to gain weight during your period. All of us with a uterus do. And if you eat food, you'e going to gain weight. We fluctuate every single day. It's normal. If you're going to weigh yourself, do it once a month at this point. You're not helping yourself by obsessing over it.
You are losing fat !! if you see the inbody result you will see that your body fat is down ,,during period you retain water a lot ,muscles mass is becoming bigger so your weight goes up ,and when muscle mass is big your metabolism is becoming faster and its hard for you body to store fat ! YOU ARE DOING GREAT !

Don't do daily weigh in, it can drive you crazy add you do not know what is bloating, water weight, muscle gain. Doctors say weigh yourself once or twice a month, max once a week. Your body will go up and down so much in a spam if a few days. So you'll see better progress limiting the weighing yourself. You're a inspiration for me! Keep going, fighting!

Hi hitchuu ♡ I started on march 17,2020 to now may 4,2020 .. And for the food I eat only 500 calorie per day.. More on egg, apple, black coffee some chicken breast and lots of water ♡.. At the same time I even do intermittent fasting for 23hours.. And 1 hour eating window..
And for the workouts I'm very lazy in workouts.. I just do some 3 set 15 squats, 2 sets of 1 minute plank, 5 minutes jumping jack, 10 minutes up and down to stairs of our 3 floor house.. That the only workout I do honestly.. But sometimes I workout 2 times a week 😂🤣
@@juhixian I think more determination and discipline will help you reach your weight goals. My weight goal for the end of may 2020 is 50-53kg .. And after I achieve it.. I going to maintaining process ♡...
@@princessnanez4496 wow thank you so much for the detailed reply :))i started dieting on the 1st of may and im doing 16 hour fasting while eating from around 300 to 700 calories a day and doing various workouts for up to an hour a day. im also trying to reach around 50kg this year ill keep trying to stay consistent to reach my goal seeing what u did give me more motivation to keep working hsrd thank youu~!
