When the weather is hot, I crave a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables but they are so expensive in Japan 😭I'm glad that you could end April happily and without stressing about your diet. I just wanna ask out of curiosity,after you losing about 17 kg,do you have any loose skin? I lost about 8 to 9 kg and im hesitate to continue to lose some more.Im to afraid that if manage to get my ideal weight, i'll end up have a loose skin😞.My weight before this about 85, after dieting and exercising now its about 76kg
Yomna Sarayreh no, but i also don’t exercise so it’s not likely that i’m gaining muscle :/ i think i should start exercising and see if it makes a difference. let’s work hard and not give up!
nicole oh well u have ur solution haha you should start exercising it’ll really make a difference.. i workout like crazy and i’m still not losing any weight that’s why i’m upset haha but yes we have to keep pushing :D
Yomna Sarayreh i hear that if you have been losing weight by eating less then it is good to have one high calorie day to start your metabolism, maybe you can try that? and yep i know i have to but it’s so hard to bring myself to exercise with the gyms closed 😩😩😩 i’m just lazy lol
