You should do some light stretching, to warm up the body a little, and then do Sleeping Tiger.
That's good, knowing 'what' you're feeling is less important than being aware of the feeling without analysis. Our goal is to FEEL the feeling, rather than to analyze it. This tends to put the brain in a more meditative state.
@@BodyNBrain I just mean that your energy will be flowing more abundantly after light stretching. When you feel it, you heal it
To accumulate well how often and how long each time should one practice sleeping tiger ..... Thank you
