      Actually a lot of seniors utilize these exercises. Gentle bouncing, shaking, and stretching can be done even with limited strength and flexibility.
      For the postures that require more strength or flexibility, it will be good to modify them (for instance, lifting one leg at a time, or rocking side to side instead of rolling up and down on the back, as explained in the video).
      As always, do what is safe and appropriate according to your condition and if you have back issues, airways consult your doctor before practicing.
