Yes, absolutely, make a habit of practicing whenever you notice those feelings...

Hi Anita! If you would like to set your intention for the day, and build confidence or creativity, I'd recommend practicing in the morning.
If you'd like to release stress or frustration and sleep better, practicing at night could be good for you.
Or, use this practice anytime you need to refresh and recharge your mind and body (for instance, after lunch). Let us know what works for you!

My favorite nighttime meditation is a little gentle dahnjon tapping, moving meditation (shaking the body), and feeling energy for 5 to 10 minutes while focusing on processing everything that was in my mind and heart during the day.
I notice that there are questions I get answered during this meditation, or worries and frustrations that I can see I've been holding onto. It feels really good to focus inside and let energy move or 'process' these things. Afterward, my sleep is much better.

what if you have pain hands ..an arthritis flare up ! alternate to tapping ?
Gentle body vibration (shaking) may be a good alternative in that case!
