    I have been doing these exercises before bed almost every night for the past 2 weeks & I can feel a positive difference. Doing this helps relieve the shoulder & neck pain & tension that I have been having this past year. Thank you so very much for making this available to watch. 🙏

    Sir, suffering from accute spondylitis , my spine is stiff and pain persists.sometimes it reacts such a way a irritation starts with perspiration. I have high b.p. So my question is Can I do this, or any alternative ways. Pl. Inform. Thanks.

    Yesterday I woke up with stiff and sore neck. It made me realize how others feel when they have this problem. I had to move slower in exercises. After doing these exercises, my neck is lighter, moving more and stiffness is much less. Thank you!
