    Szechuan peppercorns powder less than half spoon 1:34,
    Salt 5 grams(add proper amount as we like) 1:37,
    Maltose 120 grams, 1:51,
    Cooking oil 100-120 grams(add proper amount to make sure the ingredients can coagulate), 1:56
    Water-oil dough: all-purpose flour 400 grams, water 210 grams, butter 60 grams, 2:45,
    Pastry: butter 150 grams, corn starch(or wheat flour) 150 grams, 3:24,

    • Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 180 degrees. Keep it in middle layer of oven and bake it for about 20 mins. Take it out when it is in good color.
