I think in general they've made the characters a lot more complex than the comics, the parents especially. That being said they've also taken some liberties and made a couple alterations as well, for the better in my opinion.
The skrull gf shows up but she’s not a skrull cause the mcu hasn’t gotten there yet. They’re still fighting their parents in the show so it’ll be a while until Victor has even a chance to show up
Couldn't you have just done a single Runaways video instead of making individual videos of its members? It's not like they branched off THAT much that they really need videos devoted to them individually. For the most part you're just repeating yourself in multiple videos given how much crossover there is between them. I mean it also probably doesn't help that you went from Nico to Chase who not only share the Runaways title, they shared story elements from Avengers Arena.
