They should've just made a storyline where the Punisher was mentally broken from fighting crime and a new, black punisher replacing him for a while because the real Punisher inspired him to take justice upon himself for the injustices which happene in his neighborhood.

I don’t know if she was born in that earths US or Latin America (fairly certain it was that Earths US though), but either way you can be born outside of Latin America and still be Latina/Hispanic, I am (though the terms Hispanic and Latina are supposed to be specifically be about nationality, they are used more as a general term for race/ancestry now, since there isn’t a term to refer to that race regardless of birth place) so she’s not pretending to be Latina. She wears patriotic clothes because she took the Miss America moniker from a past hero, maybe cause she likes that hero or she’s patriotic or cause her names America or cause civilians thought her strength and strong morals and perseverance embodied the US, like Captain America. Whatever reason she has for it that doesn’t make her any less Latina. So she’s really not that ridiculous, like at all (I mean seriously, it’s comics, other dimensions are a fairly normal thing)? And she’s definitely not pretending to be Latina. I mean, her writer is an American born Latina herself. Well, that's... I'm not sure there's words for this. I have to admit when I got the notification that you made a new video...this was not what I was expecting. XD Honestly, I like the "Because Comics" series, because while some may say it's an "excuse" for bad writing or that it pokes too much fun at comics, I think it's great. There've been a LOT of comics with great writing. They wouldn't have survived as a medium if there wasn't. But that doesn't mean there isn't weird or odd or strange or just simply "bad" things, too. I think it's a novelty within the medium with these crazy storylines or expositions or conclusions. I think it's important to be able to somewhat poke fun at something you love and look at the not-so-great side as well.
I actually love this in the similar way to the famous Eddie Murphy sketch when he disguised himself as a white business man, except this is more in "SO WRONG YET SO STUPIDLY FUN" territory rather than the social commentary humor of the comedic sketch.
There's a comic out there where the punisher tells spider man I think. "I was a black guy once." I think it was a Deadpool comic. It's at least over a decade old.

There are bad writers, or decent writers with bad ideas that get green lit because something has to come out and the companies are always looking for that new twist to grab more readers. You make the punisher black and bring in Cage for a few issues, and maybe just maybe you grab a few black readers, so now we gotta figure out how to make him black and that is where it all goes to hell.
