I think my least favorite was the Power Armor one. The fact that it’s just “Superman’s costume, but as power armor” seems like a wasted opportunity.
The best costume redesigns, in my opinion, should have some significance outside of just being to change.
Spider-Man’s Symbiote suit has come to mean a darker, less responsible Spider-Man, and there was an entire game where that costume represented a different kind of Spider-Man! That, in my opinion, is the best kind of costume change.

For instance, I will never not hate Donald Duck's zipper hat but I really like his take on Goofy's outfit.
I really don't like his superhero designs though as I feel his style is the antithesis of a good superhero outfit (especially DC heroes). Namely simple and striking. I pretty much agree with everything you said on the Superman figure and I can't stand the Batman one.

Nomura has some pretty weird ones. They're either an enormous hit. Or an equally large miss. (Supes, and also the Flash, in my opinion.)

could not agree with you more when it comes to that Tetsuya Nomura design of Superman

I've somehow never seen that one at 4:00 before.
It looks like he's cosplaying as every Jim Lee X-man at the same time.

Imo, Superman just looks wrong without the red trunks. I actually got a good laugh out of that new Superman cartoon on Adult Swim when Ma Kent specifically added the red trunks to the original costume, because of how bad it looked without them.

The 2nd shirt and jeans actually a nod to the Fleischer’s Superman both in term of power and the symbol on the shirt. So I kinda dig it

That Superman Armor with Motherbox was totally accurate
It's like his mom forced him to get into a costume then called him handsome even it was suck

They have to include some of these suits in the eventual Superman game one day.

I kind of like the Superman Blue costume, but I agree with you that it isn't really a Superman costume. I liked it better when Livewire was given it a few issues before Flashpoint.

The Epic Battle Superman(TM) suit isn't an awful concept, just executed poorly. You could see him holding on to one of General Zods suits and using it when things got real bad

1:15 Lex Luthor takes off his robot hand to punch Superman with his wrist stump. He took off his robot hand. To punch Superman. With his wrist stump. Why??

Like, in what situation is it better to punch anything with your wrist stump rather than a robot hand? I get that Supes got donked with red kryptonite but wouldn't it still be better to punch a human face with a robot hand than a wrist stump?

You forgot: the SINGULAR shoulder pad XD Which literally has no reason to be so prevalent in 90s as it was beyond Leifeld being randomly popular at the time.
