I also stopped protective styling a couple months ago and haven't looked back since. I wear a v-part wig but take it off at night and wash, deep condition and straighten my hair every week. This routine saved my hair!

@@sierralafaye yeah I'd highly recommend it! I got a kinky straight one and it matches my hair perfectly! I straighten both the wig and my hair and people keep asking if it's my real hair hehe. Takes 5 min to put on every morning too. Just a lifesaver!

I still drinking my ice mountain spring water. How about start drinking the Mullien Green Tea is great for your lungs since you have a dry apartment that will help. peace. Oh by the way I just order my 2024 BMW 5 series I just got it. Sierra it is so bad all White and White leather seats it so much luxury in this vehicle BMW done I great job on the new 5 series Generation. You would love it. I just cannot get emough of driving my new car. I kind of car crazy I like driving new luxury vehicles. I will tell how much money it cost and my monthly payments are but this is what I like so this is what I do with my money.
