I am fine with most of those outfits being DLC, but I still think the Soul Hackers 1 outfits should have been in the base game.
I like this game sure dungons suck but u take u time u got it
It’s not so much of a game tip as a major quality of life improvement but going into game config and turning off loading screen tips DRASTICALLY cuts down load time. As an example on the ps5 it drops from ~30 seconds to about ~5 or less

Great tip, I only learned about this after I fully beat the game and made this video unfortunately.
I'm really enjoying this game so far! I love the vibe and everything and the art style is soooo good. Atlus has amazing artists.
So David doesn't mention this but be careful when engaging the bluish/purple enemies. They are called "Risky Enemies" and the name is very fitting. The enemies you fight change depending on your level and are guaranteed to have 2 things: they will always be higher level than you and they will have moves and passive that the demon wouldn't normally have. They are worth it in the end because they drop materials to get perma stat boosters from Lina the shop keeper but if you wanna beat them, you'd be better off building a team specifically for those enemies and be prepared to change your team when you hit the next level threshold.

Dude the hate for this is so annoying. I play a lot of jrpgs, it's like SMT V and Persona 5 hybrid to me. All I know is they never miss with me personally

Just started this game today and loving it so far! I'm a fan of Persona and SMT series games but I never tried Devil summoner or Soul Hackers so im excited!

This is super useful. I love Persona but this game is definitely harder than that, normal mode is like hard mode in Persona.
What's better? Platinum ring or Diamon accessory? Or what's the best accessory? Does Platinum ring stack for the skill of striking a weakness adds 1 demon when acquiring a stack?

Started doing the Soul Matrix levels. This would be such a boring grind fest if you didn't have that giant sword. So easy to whack low level enemies away and blitz through the floors. I thought I would hate doing the same thing 3 times, but this mechanic made it a non-issue.
my biggest concern is i've done every hangout i could when prompted. i'm in the final building, and i'm not at 100 for everyone's soul points. The highest I have is Saizo at 90, with Milady at 86. Have I like.... missed my chance to get the full 100? Because i know in these games you CAN do that, sadly.

Does this game have new game plus to carry over your items and stuff like how Persona 5 has or no?
I want to Platinum this game so I was thinking what if I unlock all the character demons on normal difficulty and say I do the hard difficulty after to get that trophy or do you think I should play the hard difficulty on the first try?

Oh ok gotcha good to know and I thought it was just the end boss only but I just had to make sure so I appreciate you clearing it up for me so thanks man. I like a challenge anyways so i'll probably do it on hard difficulty and see how it goes. :)

Was hoping SH2 would get an announcement for a switch port in 2024. With the release of P3R/Metaphor taking those slots and rumors of a next gen switch, I think it's about time I bit the bullet and got this game on PS5. Will use these tips!

Nop there is additionnal deeper floors as well that you don't NEED to complete for the true ending!

@@brotherhoodDLC Yep, unfortunately, the CE is delayed till mid-September and if that wasn't bad enough the fact we get the game a few days after launch by itself is not cool. It was quite expensive and I'm disappointed at how Shop Atlus handled the situation. I understand there are issues but I think even the way they communicated all this was poor.

This game is getting so much hate, but the true ending alone makes it Worth to play. I recommend using Japanese voice. The Voice actors just pour their hearts into their performance.

@@DavidCastJRPGs Just watched the video, That’s the most content I’ve watched out of the game. Honestly it feels like too much stuff going on in this game. Soul matrix, Souls level and Comp. I just hope that I get used to it once I start playing it. Thanks a lot for the video.
60 hours is the equivalent of six hours in video game time these days 😂
Playing on hard mode, but for me it seems to be exceptionally easy... seriously, 30 hours on the playtime counter and managed to overlevel myself by 10-15 levels.
By the way: "risky" enemies. They are called "risky" for a reason. If you don't want to risk losing some hours of playtime, when you see one and want to fight it, SAVE. Risky enemies are always 10-15 levels over your CURRENT level, which means if you don't pay attention, they will wipe the entire party before you could say Agilao.

Soul Hackers 2 is TRASH. I am so pissed I baught the digital deluxe edition and am past the amount of time for a Steam refund.
I kept hoping it would get better. It didn't.
I should of listened to the naysayer reviewers.
I am just mad and disappointed at the same time. Soundtrack has some bangers. That's it's only positive I can say about it. RIP.
This game isn't gonna sell well. Better luck next time, Atlus. Should of just made it like the original Soul Hackers, and it would of been 500 percent better.
Ok. I thought of a second positive. Doesn't outweigh the negatives though. This game will run well on low end PC hardware. I have an almost seven year old laptop with potato specs for hardware and it easily stays above 60 frames per second at 1080p, high settings. So that's good. A bad game is available to more players.
But the combat is great. And so is ringo
