Fun fact. This travesty is what made Toriyama (RIP) come out of "retirement" after a hiatus of almost twenty years with Dragon Ball Super. This movie is like Gladiator being rebooted as Spiderman or some such nonsense.

I decided to rewatch this again because it was so forgetful i had completely forgotten EVERYTHING about this movie. I regret it all.. But! I believe theres a small silver lining: With the Dragon Ball franchise still running strong, I'm sure if a new Live Action movie arises, whoever directs it knows not to fuck up as bad as they did with this movie. We need someone who has passion for the franchise. Looking at FRAME ONE and Studio Stray Dog. Perfect examples of amazing creations based off of Akira Toriyama, no budget, just sheer passion. Even the fan project Dragon Ball Z: Light of Hope shows how having passion for the franchise in a live action adaption really looks like.
This Movie Was So Bad They Never Bothered Working on another one. It could Take years for them to work on another. The Only Follow Up For This was Piccolo's actor Voicing Zamasu.

If only this movie match the anime and the manga, it would’ve been the best dragon Ball movie ever.
