    maybe im wrong but the core excersie to me dont look like its working the core but more hams and hip flexors it just dont look like the positioning is right for abs

      You’re gonna want some mini rubber bands placed around your lower thighs combined with hip extensions.

    99.9% of all the tutorials claim that you must not do hip extensions (your first exercise where you go all the way down then back up to neutral) on this piece of equipment as it is designed exclusively for the 2nd exercise you showed.
