99.9% of all the tutorials claim that you must not do hip extensions (your first exercise where you go all the way down then back up to neutral) on this piece of equipment as it is designed exclusively for the 2nd exercise you showed.

I think you have the hyperextension on a flip-flop counter.
This is hamstring exercise will cause posterior pelvic tilt

You’re gonna want some mini rubber bands placed around your lower thighs combined with hip extensions.
