I think the stealth will probably be more in depth but the open combat will be lacking. Ubisoft has had many years of practice making fleshed out stealth mechanics and Ghost is Suckerpunch's first try at a similar style of game to ac. But I reckon the game will be worse overall, Ubisoft is incapable of putting enough passion into a game to rival the feel of this one.
We have literally seen nothing of the stealth, how on earth are you able to discern that already?!?! We saw the character kill like 2 isolated guards and throw a knife at a light
@Wbubbles3998 that's just being incredibly ignorant of all the features portrayed. We saw Naoe putting out lanterns to make her hard to see in the shadows, allowing her to sprint assassinate a guard running right at him. We saw Naoe literally go prone and underwater in a pool while breathing through a straw to stay hidden. We saw Naoe use her katana to stealth kill a guard through a door, just like how Jin did. We saw Naoe throw a kunai at a guard, killing them immediately. Guess what. Just how Jin did. I can keep going. We saw naoe pacify an npc instead of straight up killing them. We saw her use her grappler to hang on to the ceiling to avoid being spotteed by enemies. We saw an actual cover system. Nothing you showed in this video wasn't shown in the gameplay demo of AC Shadows. All of these features and much more are available in the stealth of AC shadows. From what we already saw AC Shadows looks miles ahead of ghost, but since people want to meatride the damn game so much, calling it the best AC game despite the stealth AND open world being so mediocre. Only thing ghost has on AC is better story and characters.

And yeah, killing 2 guards without being noticed is stealth. The grappling hook looks way better, the taking out the light and assassination could have looked better. It looked a bit slow tbh, but then the chain and sickle range assassination was amazing. After that the fact the guard didn't see noae even tho she was in the shadows was kinda dumb. But then the fact you can knock out the servents instead of killing them and pretty cool and changed up the way you can play the game, same with how the assassination through the door was way better than ghost of tsushimas door assassination is, you just stabbed the guy, pulled your katana out of him and the door, and then opened the door, you only cut a hole into the door, you didn't pull the guy though it making a ton of noise, and you could turn off the light to hide the body, a bit ig. And then you could hide in the water using a breathing tube stick thing. Which was pretty cool aswell.
