The assassinations in this game are way more realistic than a hidden blade to the back (hitting no immediate death organs) and then falling to the ground like a headshot from a bow. Also the fighting mechanics are so good

One of the very few things that irks me about this game. Why was there no animation to stealth kill someone through a door who is facing YOU, not the other way around.
The armor is the level 3 of traveler's attire which can get in the early game. The black colour of it can be brought in the Black dye merchant . For the hat,mask you can find it around the Tsushima island , i suggest you to search it in google , you will find the location there.
Sorry I didn't see your comment earlier i do not remember charms i've used but be sure if you want to master ghost of tsushima you have to play without any charms or special armors
