Hope you guys enjoyed! I added a bit of motion blur in post to try and get rid of the choppy feeling, but that's the nature of playing Black Flag on console. I will not be running this game again for my own sanity and for your own eyes
Sorry but the whole video with how it started made it seem like Edward took too long of a toilet break, remembered Jack Rackham was onboard the Jackdaw and had an "Oh Shit" moment, and now has to parkour his freshly shidded ass to the beach only to get left behind. In this alternate universe, Edward lived and died of old age in Havana having no choice but to abandon piracy and found God or some shit. The founder of "Parkour for Christ".

I would love to see a ac game in Spain around the same time as black flag. It would be awesome to explore
cities like toledo, Madrid, Barcelona, etc. Not to mention the beautiful spanish countryside.

0:25 I love the use of the manual jump here and then using grab ledge. So Epic!!!
Thanks! There I used parkour down then ledge grab rather than manual jump, but I wonder if I could've manual jumped earlier and achieved a similar effect
dame the game looks smooth what mods where used not for a fact it doesn’t run like that
No mods, this is vanilla gameplay recorded on the Xbox Series S. I did use some motion blur and color corrections in post to try and fix some of the choppiness of the footage though so I'm glad you noticed 😸
0:19 ok, this is getting absurd. this jumping-instead-of-climbing thing may look cool when stepping to the side and it actually saves you half a second, but to jump to the opposite side and then again where you were about to climb is pointless. it's not practical, doesn't save time and it's not cool if you do it EVERY SINGLE TIME you have to climb. use those hands!!
@@MumboDjango Yeah I do struggle with that, I try my best to keep sections of my runs from just being "hold forward and high profile" which comes at the cost of efficiency. I'll learn to do better, and maybe in the future I'll be able to hide these inefficiencies so that they don't detract from the experience
