I think I am a lost cause. The new procrastination is when to start counting.
There's always another way
In Naples we count "And one and two... Ohhhhp!!". It works!! If You don't have time to think, to get trapped in those seconds, You just feel pulled out. Before You realize You are in line, You are walking. The problem to me, is the second step, I mean the closet: I am working on this. Less is more. Decluttering matters.

Wow. I figured out how to wake up from dreams when I was a little kid. If some crazy shite started going down I'd close my eyes in my dream and count backwards from 3. I always opened my physical eyes after 1 (except that one time the Devil from Legend didn't let me wake up. Shook his finger at me and said "ah ah ah, not this time, Adam!" Woooo no such thing as a scary movie after that lmao)
I use the 5 second rule alot
